More Information About the November 2025's Gifts with Purchase

Native to Europe and temperate Southern Asia, spearmint is a common culinary herb often used to flavor food and beverages. With a distinctly sweeter, softer mint taste than Peppermint Vitality, Spearmint Vitality is perfect for infusing beverages to help cool you down.

One review article also found some preliminary evidence that this oil has been shown to decrease inflammation, inhibit microbes, support liver health, and act as an antioxidant.

Spearmint Vitality™ can also be used to add depth of flavor to sauces, soups, and marinades. When taken internally or applied topically, it may help calm tummies and support normal digestion.*

This blend of Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, Juniper, Fennel, Lemongrass, Anise, and Patchouli contains my favorite combo of oils for digestion for myself and my clients.

These essential oils have so many properties that support digestion. They inhibit microbes, modulate inflammation, act as antioxidants (alleviating cellular stress), can soothe our mucosa, and benefit the mind-body connection.

Essential oils have also been shown to be beneficial to the microbiome. Evidence is pointing to the fact that they tend to decrease pathogens and detrimental microbiota overgrowth while sparing, or enhancing, beneficial microbes.
(Learn how essential oils support a healthy gut microbiome from the EOR podcast here.)

3. Life 9® probiotic Supplement

This probiotic-containing beneficial bacteria supplement can aid a healthy microbiome. Our microbiome influences digestion and many vital aspects of health including immune function, mood, and all the organ systems. This supplement is great to combine with our digestive essential oils to directly feed your microbiome favorably!

With over 17 billion live cultures, Life 9 is named for the nine varying bacterial strains found in this once-daily capsule. It can be added to your supplement rotation to give your gut all the little helpers it needs to do its job right.

Meet Sarah LoBisco

I believe that the body and mind can heal when given the right mindset and right tools.

I envision a world where people feel empowered to take action to reclaim their mental, emotional, spiritual, social, economic, and physical health and use them to live their highest potential!

Essential oils, natural medicine approaches, my education in naturopathic and functional medicine, and various holistic mind-body healing methods, combined with complementing conventional medicine, are some of the tools in my toolkit to guide people on their journey to healing.

It was only when I struggled with my own physical and emotional pain that I became open to holistic and natural methods. That's when essential oils found me (through my mom) and when I found naturopathic and functional medicine... and the rest is history!

Join me on this journey, and you may just happen to uncover the best version of yourself in the process!

If you have any questions or feedback, I'd be happy to hear from you.
