The December 2022 Young Living Promotions
Enhance wellness, boost energy, calm the mind, and receive the gift of mind-body support for the holidays with December 2022 promotional items. With the added stress of holiday prep, more gatherings, and colder weather, it's a wise idea to be proactive in keeping ourselves healthy, calm, and strong.
Thankfully, Young Living has provided us with lots of free goodies with our purchases to help keep our defense and repair system in tip-top shape, our minds at ease, our courage up, and our energy boosted.
The Thieves Line
The Thieves oil blend is a combination of clove, rosemary, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and lemon oils. These oils defend against germs and can support lung health (e.g., eucalyptus is high in 1-8 cineole).
The Thieves Oil Blend can be diffused to decrease environmental triggers and modulate inflammation. The Thieves product line contains the benefits of the oils with additional personal care and/or non-toxic cleansing benefits.
1. Thieves Cleansing Soap combines Young Living's signature Thieves premium essential oil blend with other natural botanicals to cleanse and purify skin.

The sweet spice and resiliency-promoting oils in this moisturizing mix keeps your hands smooth and your defenses strong during the holiday gatherings.
2. Thieves Wipes offer a quick, convenient, natural way to clean hard surfaces while leaving nothing but the rich, spicy aroma of Young Living's signature Thieves blend. They are a great aromatic upliftment to use when prepping the holiday dinner table.
This is one of my favorite oils combination to provide a more grounded state of being and to enhance courage. It is perfect for moving forward into new situations to ease trepidation and feelings of uncertainty.
It contains fir oils and/or camphor essential oils. These stability-enhancing scents can bring you back into your body when you feel “out of it” due to a swirling brain.
The ancient spiritual oils, such as frankincense and cedarwood support neurological function, brain health, and overall body wellness.
Finally, a floral scent that is uplifting, such as rose geranium oil, can be used to round out this blend.
Application Tips: Diffuse this grounding blend when you are feeling “out of sorts” and fearful. I also like to apply a few drops with a carrier oil to my wrists, rub them together, and inhale. Ahhh…
During stressful and anxious times, one can feel like a frightened child in a big, scary world. I suggest this peaceful oil combination to assist in soothing adults, parents, and kids in my practice.
The oils mixture includes the uplifting and calming scents of citrus oils, the harmonizing and balancing properties of ylang ylang, and the empowering scent of patchouli oil.
Application Tips: Diffuse this peaceful oil blend throughout the day. You can also apply a drop with your favorite carrier oil to the back of the neck or the bottoms of the feet to end the day with more serenity.*

 * Due to the content of citrus oils, be cautious on applying this blend before heading out in the sun. Citrus oils are photosensitive and can turn the skin an uneven tone if applied on the skin prior to direct sunlight.
This essential oil blend is a combination of Rosemary, Juniper, Lemongrass, Nutmeg, Idaho Grand Fir, Clove, and Black Pepper for an invigorating aromatic boost when preparing for any of life’s challenges or demanding performances when you need it most.
Rosemary is one of my favorite oils for focus and memory.
Jasmine oil is good for calming to the brain while promoting more alertness.
Application Tips: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6™ or olive oil. Test on a small area of skin on the underside of arm and apply to desired area as needed. Or, you can diffuse it up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.

Super C™ supports body defenses, respiratory health, and provides circulatory support with a combination of vitamin c, rutin, citrus bioflavonoids, minerals, and an array of premium essential oils. These ingredients work together to promote overall health, vitality, and longevity. It includes whole food components, in which additional health effects from nutrient synergy may be optimized.
Vitamin C is one of the most noteworthy supplements for wellness, but it also has additional actions that can benefit a tired-out body. These include its role in the formation of collagen for the skin, as an antioxidant, and as an essential nutrient for certain enzymatic pathways and neurotransmitter formation.
Vitamin C is probably best paired in combination with other minerals for overall resiliency and defense and repair. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)  In a 2006 article, the authors reported the following on the functions of vitamin C and zinc and the impact of both being present for ameliorating unwanted symptoms.
To reinforce body strength, take 2 tablets daily. For maintenance, take 1 tablet daily. Best if taken before meals.

So, there you have it!
