Beginner Guide for Low Tox Must-Haves

When I first began reducing the toxins in our home 5 years ago I found the most cost efficient way for us to do that was with simple DIY house hold items. I have put together my top 8 must haves when beginning to reduce the toxins in your home.
1. 16 oz amber glass spray  bottle or 8 oz clear glass spray bottle to fill with 1 capful of Thieves household cleaner + top with water to replace our household cleaners, glass cleaners, tile cleaners, floor cleaners.

2. 4 oz amber glass spray or 4 oz clear glass spray bottle to replace room spray (aka poop spray) by filling with 20 essential oils + 1 tbsp of witch hazel + top with water.

3. 10 oz glass rollers to fill with some of our favorite essential oils + fractionated coconut oil to replace everyday items we keep in our cabinet for head aches, digestion issues, temperature reducer, heart burn, sore muscles, etc.

4. witch hazel for diy recipes

5. wool dryer balls to replace dryer sheets

6. fractionated coconut oil for roller recipes

7. glass foaming hand soap to replace toxic hand soap filled with fragrance. Just add 20-30 drops of your favorite essential oil + fill half way with unscented Dr. Bronner's castile soap and top with water.

8. unscented Dr. Bronner's castile soap for DIY soap. (You can also get the variety set here, as well as the unscented bars of soap here.)
