Remembering a beautiful, well-written story from childhood can be so therapeutic, and it is so fun to share with the little ones in our lives today. And a little whimsy to your day with these storybook and fairytale inspired rollers and sprays.
You can transform any of these recipes into a 10 mL roller blend or a 2 oz spray! if you want a larger spray bottle, simply double the amounts. To use the sprays, add the ingredients to a bottle, invert to mix and spray onto surfaces or skin as desired.
Sleeping BeautyThis blend is wonderful for helping support sleep! Roll onto wrists, chest, bottom of the feet. Spray onto sheets, pajamas, stuffed animals or lovies.
Sleeping Beauty Roller (10 mL) - 20 drops each Lavender, Peace & Calming, & Tangerine + V-6 Vegetable oil or carrier oil of choice
Sleeping Beauty Spray (2 oz) - 10 drops each Lavender, Peace & Calming, & Tangerine + splash of witch hazel + filtered water
Rapunzel, RapunzelThese are some of our favorite oils for hair growth and health! Plus you can add some extra oils to specifically deter common clean hair-loving pests. If using for school or daycare age children, double the recipe and make it in a larger bottle for consistent use.
Rapunzel, Rapunzel Healthy Hair Spray (2 oz) - 10 drops each Rosemary, Cedarwood, & Lavender + 5 drops each Melrose, Geranium, Tea Tree (optional and great for school-age kiddos!) + splash of witch hazel + filtered water
For healthy, happy hair - spray into hair after washing and style as usual.
ThumbelinaThese oils are some of our favorites for supporting emotions, confidence and courage for adults and kids alike! Roll onto wrists, chest, back of the neck as needed. Spray onto clothing, blankets or even into the hair.
Thumbelina Roller (10 mL) - 25 drops KidPower + 20 drops Lavender + V-6 Vegetable oil or carrier of choice
Thumbelina Spray (2 oz) - 12 drops each KidPower & Lavender + splash of witch hazel + filtered water
Magic CarpetOne of the oils we turn to when we need a little help with our moods or tantrums (adult and kids alike) is EndoFlex! This hormone-supporting blend can be so helpful when we are feeling really big, complex emotions. Roll onto chest, wrists, back of neck and breathe deeply. Spray onto a blanket, clothing or any comfort item and hold it near the face as you breathe deeply.
Magic Carpet Roller (10 mL) - 20 drops EndoFlex + 25 drops Valor + V-6 Vegetable oil or carrier of choice
Magic Carpet Spray (2 oz) - 10-12 drops each EndoFlex & Valor + splash of witch hazel + filtered water
Hansel & GretelWhenever you find yourself having a bit too much gingerbread and candy, grab this combo of belly-loving oils. Roll over the abdomen as needed.
Hazel & Gretel Roller (10 mL) - 15 drops each DiGize & Lemon + 10 drops Peppermint + V-6 Vegetable oil or carrier of choice
Jack & JillIf you fall down and break your crown, these oils will help you get back up again!
Jack & Jill Roller (10 mL) - 15 drops each Frankincense, Lavender, Tea Tree or Melrose, & Helichrysum + V-6 Vegetable oil or carrier of choice
Jack & Jill Spray (2 oz) - 7 drops each Frankincense, Lavender, Tea Tree or Melrose, & Helichrysum + splash of witch hazel + filtered water
Princess and the PeaThese oils are our go-to when we feel like we've slept on a lumpy mattress. Roll or spray these blends to support sore muscles and tension anywhere you need it!
Princess and the Pea Roller (10 mL) - 15 drops each Peppermint, Copaiba, Cypress, & PanAway or Wintergreen + 1-2 dorpperfuls Cool Mint CBD drops + V-6 Vegetable oil or carrier of choice

Atlas' Adventure
Whenever you're heading out for an adventure, keep this roller and spray combination handy to deter outdoor pests! Roll or spray all over the body, spray onto clothing as needed.

Fairy Garden
When you're feeling the weight of the world, this is the blend to turn to (and it makes a lovely perfume). Roll it over your heart, pray, breathe deeply, calm your mind Spray onto any surface, clothing, into your hair, on upholstered surfaces - anywhere you can to get these oils around you.
Fairy Garden Roller (10 mL) - 15 drops each Stress Away, Grapefruit, Lavender, & Tangerine + 10 drops each Davana & Vetiver + V-6 Vegetable oil or carrier of choice
Fairy Garden Spray (2 oz) - 8 drops each Stress Away, Grapefruit, Lavender, & Tangerine + 5 drops each Davana & Vetiver + splash of witch hazel + filtered water
