LIFE HACK - You can easily transform these blends into roller recipes and sprays!

To make a 10 mL roller from any recipe - triple the number of drops to make a total of 35-45 total drops, add a carrier of choice (we love V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex) and you're good to go.

To make a 2 oz spray from any recipe - double the number of drops to a total of about 25 drops, ad a splash of witch hazel and fill with filtered water. Spray on upholstered surfaces, bedding, rugs, anywhere you want to freshen!

To make an epsom salt bath mix - add desired amount of oils (we generally use about 10 drops) to 1 cup of epsom salts, then place under warm running water. Note: we generally avoid 'hot' oils (like Cypress, Oregano, and Lemongrass) in bath recipes. Use your own judgement, or stick to the more soothing and relaxing blends.

To make a 2 oz massage oil from any recipe - double the number of drops (or use your desired amount depending on the essential oils used) to a pump-top bottle, then add V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex or other carrier oil to top off the bottle. Invert to mix, then used as desired.

Happy diffusing!!

Unfortunately both conventional and organic lubricants contain ingredients that can cause harm long after their use. These ingredients are toxic to vaginal tissue and disrupt the sensitive vagnial microbiome (balance of microorganisms that naturally inhabit the vagina).  Exposure to these ingredients can lead to discomfort, irritation, and increased risk of infection - even from short term exposure. Some lubricant ingredients also have the potential to cause chronic health issues including cancer and reproductive problems from repeated exposure.

  • Orange - has a bright aroma that promotes feelings of joy, peace, and happiness; high in limonene, which is great for the immune system
  • Cinnamon Bark - the oil of wealth from the Orient, this spicy sweet oil is reminiscent of holidays and is supportive of immune health.
  • Black Spruce - like other tree oils, spruce promotes feeling of balance and grounding which are often needed during the holidays.
Key Constituents

Constituents are naturally occurring compounds in plants (and therefore essential oils) that give them specific health-supporting properties.

  • Monoterpenes - can support the respiratory system, are responsible for many immune system support properties of essential oils.
  • Sesquiterpenes - may stimulate the limbic system of the brain, help lower brain waves from overly active to focused or from focused to meditative, help elevate the mood and calm the body.
  • Limonene - known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-stress support, this is a powerful constituent with many health benefits.
Christmas Spirit & Emotions

The oils in Christmas Spirit not only smell incredible and festive, they are wonderful emotional support tools! Orange and other citrus oils are bright, happy and help stimulate creativity. When we are overwhelmed emotionally or are feeling undervalued or not heard, our creativity can suffer. Citrus oils, especially Orange, can help us shift our focus back towards our needs when we use them intentionally!

The Spruce and Evergreen family of oils are the ones to reach for when you feel like you are comparing yourself to others, are feeling undervalued or as though your unique voice has no place. Cinnamon Bark is spicy and sweet, alerting to the senses and the mind. It can help move sadness and grief through the body as it physically warms the skin and helps us stay in our bodies (versus constantly being in our thoughts and emotions) so we can process and heal.

Stop for a moment and breathe deeply, connect to what is truly happening in your body and emotions and use this oil blend to help get your body back into safety. Read more about how to process and release emotions in this powerful book Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils

Stress Away is your vacation in a bottle - convenient and ready to go with you to the grocery store, school, work, or wherever you need to pretend you're in a beach chair sipping something cold and watching the waves!

Studies show that stress is at the root of more health problems and diseases than we realize and learning to use tools that help us to relax and release negative emotions increases our daily quality of life. Our relationships, future, and health depend on it.

Stress Away at a Glance
  • Has a soothing, exotic aroma
  • Can be diffused or enjoyed aromatically to create a luxurious, spa-like ambiance at home
  • Makes a great addition to your favorite skin, hair, and body care products
  • Has a well-rounded and relaxing aroma, making it great to use as a personal fragrance
Background

Stress Away, a D. Gary Young proprietary blend, brings aromas from around the world to create an on-the-go getaway just for you. It's this distinct mix of vanilla and lime that gives Stress Away its unique and exotic aroma. Stress Away also includes Copaiba, which has a history of beneficial properties in topical application when applied to tired muscles; Lavender, with its peaceful, and calming scent that comes from a few of Young Living's farms located in Utah, Idaho, and France; and Cedarwood, known for its comforting, calming aroma.

Stress Away essential oil blend features Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea, and Lavender for an exotic aroma used for exactly for what the name says and for achieving a happy and positive day.

  • Copaiba - an oleoresin like Frankincense, this oil has been used in folk medicine for years for its ability to support the body's response to inflammation and injury, to soothe and protect the skin, and to calm the nervous system.
  • Lime - known in folklore for its ability to cleanse and renew the spirit, Lime is stimulating to the mind and supports the immune system.
  • Cedarwood - high in sesquiterpenes, this oil helps stipulate the limbic center of the brain (where emotions and memory are processed and stored), supports focus, cognition and memory, stabilizing and grounding.
  • Vanilla - an oleoresin like Frankincense and Copaiba, Vanilla supports a calm, serene environment, helps elevate mood and stimulate joyful memories, and may help relieve nervous tension.
  • Ocotea - an oil from the cinnamon family, Ocotea supports feelings of completeness, peace and tranquility.
  • Lavender - well known for its ability to calm and soothe, Lavender also helps support focus and mental clarity.
Key Consituents

Constituents are naturally occurring compounds in plants (and therefore essential oils) that give them sprecic health-supporting properties.

  • Beta-caryophyllene - has a unique ability to bind with CB2 receptors which may allow it to support the body's response to inflammation and infection as well as calm the nervous system during times of anxiety and pain.
  • Alpha-humulene - a versatile terpene constituent that may have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antitumor effects
  • Limonene - known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-stress support, this is a powerful constituent with many health benefits
  • Linalool - may support the body during injury and/or sickness and help relieve stress
Stress Away & Emotions

Stress Away has such a gentle, loving aroma that can be used anytime you need a little extra peace and tranquility. Copaiba and Cedarwood specifically are supportive for releasing stress and tension, and the other oils in this blend have very specific ways to support the body physically and emotionally during times of stress!

Info from Courtney Crtiz:
  • Lime - Known for its ability to uplift, calm, relieve anxious feelings, and even cleanse the liver...which just might be struggling with lots of, you guessed it, stress, anger, criticism.
  • Copaiba - Powerful in its strength to reduce inflammation. What does stress cause? Inflammation. The root of boatloads of our illness and pain.
  • Cedarwood - Grounding and promoting rest and peace, this is one we can use to reset our patterns and ruts. Maybe the ones causing us stress because the same repeated actions won't change the situation?
  • Ocotea - What do we do when we're stressed? Eat, compensate, raise our blood sugar levels so we feel a high? But our friend here helps us to keep that balanced and in check for a more even response.
  • Lavender - We've discussed this Wonder Woman disguised in Grandma's cap. She is literally doing it all, working on that blood pressure, the self-loathing, the anxiousness.
  • Vanilla - Just yum. And also known for its own ability to support mental health!

Background

Cypress has a long history of use as a construction material due to the durability of its wood, and it was used by the Phoenicians and Cretans to build ships and bows and by the Egyptians to build sarcophagi. Its botanical name, Cupressus sempervirens, is derived from the Greek “sempervivum,” or “live forever. The oil is steam distilled from the branches of the plant to produce an incredible essential oil!

Cypress also helps with these seasonal feelings. Diffuse or wear as perfume for the following:
  • Grief and loss

Cypress also helps the body detox naturally and promotes production of leukocytes (white blood cells) which boosts the body's natural defenses during wintertime. Emotional health is directly affected by how we feel physically and Cypress helps with that.

The Summer Handbook 2023

The 2023 Summer Handbook

Hello summer. Warm weather, sunshine-filled days and vacations (or staycations) are on the agenda, and we are ready for it all - with our favorite oils and Young Living products in tow! Here are some of our best tips, tricks, recipes and DIYs for enjoying the summer months to the fullest.

Summer Skin

Two simple steps for getting that beach body:
1. Have a body.
2. Go to the beach.

Of course, it wouldn't hurt if our skin was smooth & glowing too right?! A few of our favorite summer body DIYS!

Margarita Body Scrub via Hello Glow
  • 1/2 cup salt (You can use regular salt, kosher salt or leftover margarita salt)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons tequila
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • A few drops of Lime EO
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until you have a paste. Add more olive oil if needed. Then scrub away in the shower. One note of caution – use the scrub before you shave, not after, because it might burn. The tequila and lime juice are natural antiseptics, the salt exfoliates any dead skin, and the olive oil adds lots of moisture!
Grapefruit Body Smoothing Oil
  • Cel-Lite Magic Massage Oil
  • Grapefruit Essential Oil
In your hands, mix together one pump of Cel-Lite Magic + one drop of Grapefruit. Massage into legs and arms in a circular motion. Continue on any areas that need a little extra smoothing & get your beauty sleep! Be sure to shower before going out in the sun!
DIY Summer Glow Serum
Ditch all the other moisturizers and serums because this one is the game changer! Apply morning and evening for healthy, glowing skin. (PS - CBD Beauty Boost has been nicknamed ‘Botox in a Bottle' so you know it's good!)
DIY Vitamin C Facial Toner
Vitamin C and Geranium are a dynamic duo when it comes to brightening the skin. Try out this simple toner as we head into the summer!
  • 2 oz glass dropper bottle
  • 1&1/2 tsp Organic vitamin C powder
  • 5 drops Geranium essential oil
  • 3 Tbsp distilled water
  • Splash alcohol-free witch hazel (optional for more oil-prone skin)
Mix vitamin C powder into the water until dissolved, then add Geranium and top with a splash of witch hazel (optional). Use morning and evening or as desired.
Store up to 2 weeks at room temperature or longer in the fridge.
Moisturizing Oatmeal Soak
Sun and wind and heat can leave the skin needing a little extra moisture. Give your skin (and your whole self!) some TLC with a long, luxurious soak with these simple but effective ingredients.

Wellness 101

School may be out for the summer, but we aren't getting lax on our wellness routines. Summer is a great time to really focus on great daily wellness habits that we can continue when the colder months arrive! Here are five simple things we're dong everyday this summer to focus on true self-care and overall health.

Master Formula
Our favorite daily multivitamin that packs a HUGE nutritional punch and helps us work towards daily wellness. The prepackaged capsules make traveling with this supplement so easy, too. Check out the Master Formula Supplement Spotlight bog post for more on this daily favorite.

Daily Red (NingXia Red, that is!)
If there were only one habit that you can start or continue during the summer, a daily dose of NingXia Red would be it. This delicious supplement is a powerhouse of antioxidants and nutrients that we want for everyone in the family. Check out the NingXia Red Spotlight blog post for more on this incredible supplement.

Wellness Roller
This bend is something we use year round to help keep our immune systems on the go! We roll this blend over the lymph nodes, on the feet, or along the spine morning and evening year round, then us it more frequently as needed. To a 10 mL roller bottle, add:
  • 25 drops each Thieves, Pine & Lemon
  • 20 drops each Geranium & Frankincense
  • fill with a carrier oil of choice
Note: If you plan to be in direct sunlight, apply this somewhere your clothing will cover.
Diffusing 24/7
If we are awake (and even overnight too), our diffuser is on . Diffusing is such an incredible health habit. Not only will your home or office (and car too) smell amazing, you get the health benefits of breathing in the oils.

  • Start the morning off with Raven + Lemon to get everyone going and support the airways
  • Set the stage for a peaceful midday rest with Lavender + Grapefruit + Vanilla.
  • Bring the 'afternoon pick-me-up' vibes of a cup of coffee with Peppermint + Tangerine + Stress Away.
  • End your day with Thieves + Cedarwood to boost immunity and promote restful sleep.
Ditching and Switching
One of the biggest impacts you can have on your health is by ditching conventional products that are FULL of toxins and fragrance. Sadly these ingredients are often hidden or disguised by clever marking (greenwashing anyone?) or renamed as things that sound more natural. Here are a few simple swaps to make this summer.

Sweet Summertime DIYs

Mermaid Hair Salt Mist - For mermaid-inspired waves any day of the week! In a 4 oz. glass spray bottle, add:
  • Warm water
  • 1 tsp fine grain sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fractionated coconut oil

Mix water and salt gently, then add in remaining ingredients and shake to combine. Spray it in your hair after towel drying & get soft, beachy waves!!
Mermaid Hair Detangler Spray - for soft, smooth post-pool locks!
  • 1 bottle Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood Hydrosol
  • 1 Tbsp Copaiba Vanilla Conditioner
  • 10 drops each Lavender, Rosemary, Grapefruit
Add essential oils and conditioner to the bottle of Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood Hydrosol and shake well. Use after a shower as a detangler!
DIY Nail Polish Remover - a non-tox way to have pretty nails and toenails!
  • 2 oz glass dropper bottle
  • 2-3 drops each Grapefruit, Orange essential oils
  • 5-6 drops Lemon essential oil
  • Rubbing alcohol
  • White vinegar
Add essential oils to the bottle, then fill the remaining amount of the bottle with 2/3 rubbing alcohol and 1/3 vinegar. Gently shake gently to mix. Add solution to a cotton pad and wipe your nails clean. Voila!

Fun in the Sun

'Tis the season for hot, sunshine-filled days, and we want to soak in every second of it while staying safe and health. Here are our top three necessities for safe, healthy fun in the sun.

Hands-down, the Young Living Mineral Sunscreen is our favorite sunscreen. It checks all of our boxes - reef safe, effective, all natural, great for all skin types, non-nano zinc, won't clog pores. What else is there?

Quick Tip - Make YL's Mineral Sunscreen application easy with this hack! Makes it even easier to apply, especially with kids by adding some to your hands and apply to the face.

LavaDerm After Sun Spray is your first aid kit BFF! LavaDerm brings relief from the pain and itching of minor burns, cuts, sunburns, scrapes, insect bites, or really any minor skin irritation. Whether or not your skin has seen a little too much sun or wind, this spray will help you feel soothed and refreshed. Apply after a day outdoors for a sigh of relief.

Quick Tip - If you need some relief ASAP and don't have any LavaDerm on hand, try this DIY After Sun Spray:

No one wants to come in from a wonderful day outdoors with tons of itchy bites from outdoor pests... and you won't have to with the Young Living Insect Repellent! This liquid formula effectively prevents mosquito, flea, and tick bits - so you can enjoy the great outdoors worry free.

This incredible formula is gentle enough for the little ones, yet effective. You can use an empty Thieves Surface Spray bottle for easy applications. It is also available as wipes, with makes application on the go super easy!

Grab the Insect Repellent bottle and make it into a spray for easy use:
  • Continuous spray bottle
  • Bottle of YL Insect Repellent
  • 3 tbsp fractioned coconut oil or ClaraDerm Spray
  • 20 drops Citronella essential oil
Add all items to the spray bottle, but add the insect repellent last (it will not all fit!)
Quick Tip - If you live in a state that has shipping exclusions for the Insect Repellant, try the wipes! Still can't order because of limitations - add a spray top directly to your bottle of Citronella. Also try this DIY Outdoor Spray. To a small continuous spray bottle, add:
  • 25 drops each Citronella, Geranium, Lemongrass, & Lavender
  • 20 drops Eucalyptus Radiata & Tea Tree
  • V-6 Vegetable Oil or carrier of choice
Note: if you want to use a larger bottle, simply double the recipe. Also, if you feel you need a stronger formula or are expertly susceptible to outdoor pests, add more Citronella, Lemongrass and/or Geranium.
Citronella, Lemongrass and/or Geranium!
DIY Itch Stick - for those times you forget your insect repellent! In a rollerball, combine 10 drops Purification, 10 drops Lavender, and 10 drops Lemon, and top with a carrier oil. Roll on bug bites & itches.

Quick tip! - Dining outside & want to keep the bugs away? Grab an outdoor fan, put a few drops of Citronella + Geranium on a clothespin (or two!) & attach to the front of the fan & you have yourself a giant outdoor diffuser!

Photosensitive Oils

Summer and citrus oils are synonymous, and we are all about using citrus oils this time of year. As always, we want to keep everyone healthy and safe, so make sure to separate application of citrus oils and exposure to sunlight. As a general rule, avoid direct UV exposure to an area where you applied citrus oils for a minimum of 12 hours, up to 48 hours.

WHY?
Citrus Oils (and some others) contain natural molecules that react with sunlight and cause sensitivity to the skin. All of the Young Living oils and blends that contain these compounds re labeled with a warming to avoid sun/UV light for 12 to 48 hours after applying.

Does that mean you have to put your beloved Grapefruit and Bergamot away for the summer? NO WAY! Just apply to areas that won't be exposed to the sun for at least 24 hours (basically under your clothes). And you can always diffuse.

Beach Essentials

Summertime and beach trips are synonymous, and we are ready for all the sunshine and sand. Here's what we're packing in our beach bags this year.

Quick tip - Easily remove all the sand from everyone's feet, legs, and hands with Seedlings Baby Wipes. We keep a pack in every bag for easy sand removal and clean, fresh hands.

NingXia Red Recipes

Daily Red is a thing in our household - everyone gets their NingXia Red every day! And whether we just want to mix thing up a bit or want a healthier alternative to conventional options, these NingXia Red recipes are favorites in our summer rotation.

Superfood Lemonade Popicles
These simple, delicious popsicles are a HUGE hit in our house, and my kids love to help make them. The best part is you can't mess them up. There isn't a specific amount of each ingredient needed, so just pour a little of each item into your mold and go.
Quick Tip - Heading out to the pool, beach or a hike? Simply freeze your NingXia packets overnight, then pack in a plastic bag and enjoy that afternoon as a cool, slushy-like treat.

Anytime NingXia Spritzers
Whether you're pool side, riding in the car or simply lounging on your couch or porch, this spritzer is the perfect companion. But be warned, your kids/friends/husband will want to setal it.
Go Red Electrolyte Replacement
Ditch the artificially flavored and colored electrolyte drinks and whip up your own with this simple recipe. You can also always grab the Lavender Lemonade or Grapefruit Bergamot Vitality Drops for a quick electrolyte boost as well.
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 4 oz NingXia Red
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 1-2 drops Young Living Vitality of choice: Tangerine, Orange, Lime, Citrus Fresh or Grapefruit
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients in a blender with some ice for one of the most refreshing drinks EVER. You could even do this without a blender - just throw everything in a shaker cup and enjoy.

Summer Blockbuster Diffuser Blends

Summertime movies on the lawn anyone? These blends are reminiscent of warm nights in the grass watching our favorite movies with our favorite people.

Sweet Magnolias - 4 drops Orange + 3 drops Vanilla + 3 drops Grapefruit + 2 drops Lime
Emily in Paris - 4 drops Jasmine + 3 drops Tangerine + 3 drops Ylang Ylang + 2 drops Lime
Yellowstone - 4 drops
Northern Lights Black Spruce + 3 drops Bergamot + 3 drops Vanilla + 2 drops Clove
Grease - 4 drops Stress Away + 3 drops Neroli or Orange + 4 drops Jasmine
The Sandlot - 5 drops KidPower (or Valor + Vanilla) + 3 drops Ylang Ylang + 3 drops Lavender
Mama Mia - 4 drops Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood (or Cedarwood) + 3 drops Lime + 3 drops Lemon + 2 drops Tangerine

Summer Abode

Give your home a summer refresh with these simple tips!

Summertime Citrus Thieves Cleaner
  • 16 oz glass spray bottle
  • 1-2 capfuls Thieves Household Cleaner
  • 15 drops each Orange, Bergamot, & Jade Lemon
  • 10 drops Palmarosa or Ylang ylang
  • Water
Add cleaner and oils to a 16 oz glass spray bottle, then fill with water. Use for all your cleaning needs!
Seaside Breeze Room Spray
  • 16 oz glass spray bottle

  • Splash of witch hazel
  • Filtered water
Add oils, water and witch hazel to your spray bottle. Spray around the room, on curtains or carpet to freshen your home & make it smell like a beach house!
Flower Saver Hack
Bringing all those lilacs & hydrangeas inside from the garden? Try this hack! Put them in a vase of water with a sprinkle of sugar, a drop of Purification, and a penny to keep them fresher longer! Purification in the diffuser is also amazing in bathrooms, laundry rooms or anywhere that might get a little hot & stuffy in the summer heat!

NingXia Red

It's no secret that we are crazy about NingXia Red. Use this incredible supplement for 30 consecutive days and you'll see why!

Honestly, we're better people when we drink it. Sound a little far-fetched? Think about it. Do cars run better when fueled by the right gas? Yep. Yet we often expect our bodies to run on second-rate, processed, non-fuel. We get worn out, our digestive systems get tired, our cells get dirty, and we need something we can assimilate quickly and easily to go to work. NingXia gives our bodies the boost that we need!

Cel-Lite Massage Oils Spotlight - May 2023

Cel-Lite magic Massage Oil Spotlight

Young Living's massage oils may just be one of the most amazing and overlooked product lines. Cel-Lite Magic is one of our most favorites! We love applying this magical blend topically to areas like the legs, abdomen, arms and other areas where we want smooth, toned skin!

Cel-Lite Magic at a Glance
  • Helps improve the appearance of skin's texture by moisturizing and nourishing to improve the natural moisture barrier
  • Replenishes skin to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
  • Enhances circulation and reduces the appearance of cellulite

This massage oil is one of Young Living's most popular products! Cel-Lite Magic tones and nourishes the skin with a blend of Grapefruit, Cypress, Juniper, Cedarwood, and Clary Sage essential oils. It works with your skin to improve the natural skin barrier and improve the appearance of skin tone and texture. When paired with habits like dry brushing, detox baths and daily MultiGreens supplement, this massage oil can be a huge boost for lymphatic health!

Dry Brushing with Cel-Lite Magic

Dry brushing in conjunction with using Cel-Lite Magic Massage Oil is a wonderful health habit! We love to add a bottle of Cypress directly to the bottle of Cel-Lite Magic for more lymph stimulation.

Dry brushing sweeps away dead skin cells, stimulates the hormones and oil-producing glands in the skin, increases circulation and assists the body in the removal of toxins.  There's something that feels so good about dry brushing in every season but especially in summer!

It's best to incorporate dry brushing into your daily routine either before or after your shower.  You can choose morning or evening depending on what works best for you but what matters most is when and how to apply your lotions and oils. Shower before skin-brushing if you're using Cel-Lite Magic Massage Oil on the brush.  You can also shower after dry brushing and then apply the massage oil.

Choose a medium soft brush and be gentle on your skin.  Your skin shouldn't scratch or be damaged in any way. Use firm, small strokes upward, or work in a circular motion. Start at your feet and brush upward toward the heart. Similarly, when you start on your arms, begin at the hands and work upward. For the stomach, work in a clockwise direction using very gentle strokes. Avoid the chest and very sensitive areas.

Why Make the Switch

Unfortunately, both conventional and organic lubricants contain ingredients that can cause harm long after their use. These ingredients are toxic to vaginal tissue and disrupt the sensitive vaginal microbiome (balance of microorganisms that naturally inhabit the vagina). Exposure to these ingredients can lead to discomfort, irritation, and increased risk of infection - even from short term exposure. Some lubricant ingredients also have the potential to cause chronic health issues including cancer and reproductive problems from repeated exposure.

In fact, there is growing consensus among scientists that the vast majority of lubricants need to be reformulated to be safer than they are now. Ingredients found in common lubricants that have know health consequence include:

  • Methylparaben, propylparaben, & ethylparaben - preservative chemicals that can irritate vaginal mucous membranes, contribute to genital rashes, and potentially cause fertility problems and endocrine (hormone) disruption.
  • Chlorhexidine gluconate - a disinfectant chemical that can kill strains of lactobacillus, which is a bacterial that is necessary for a healthy microbiome.
  • Cyclomethicone, cyclopentasiloxane, & cyclotetrasiloxane - commonly found in silicone-based lubricants, these substances are linked to reproductive harm and uterine cancer in animal studies. Almost no research has ever been conducted to examine the long term impacts of vaginal exposure to these chemicals in women.
  • Natural and artificial flavor & fragrance - flavors, fragrances, and aromas can include a mix of chemicals which can cause irritation and allergies.
  • And so much more...
