KidScents SleepIze Essential Oil BlendAdd SleepyIze to your diffuser to set the tone for bed. Make this a part of your daily bedtime routine to create a signal for your little ones to wind down.
Apply SleeyIze to the big toe, along the spine, and/or on the back of the neck to encourage restfulness. You can also drop it on pillowcases, pjs or stuffed animals.
Whip up a Bedtime Blues Linen Spray. To an 8 oz glass spray bottle, add:
- 20 drops each SleepyIze & Tangerine
- Fill with distilled water and invert to gently mix.
Spray onto linens, pjs, stuff animals, etc.
