Sadly, convention chest rubs are filled with synthetic additives and diluents, and even the 'natural' options are less than ideal. Many options use petroleum as a base. Petroleum (petrolatum) is often not fully refined in the US, which means it can be contaminated with toxic chemicals called polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.

To Use
