- Anyone under stress, as it depletes B vitamins in our bodies

- Take 2 Super B Tablets in the morning (or one in the morning and one around noon).
- Apply the Adrenal Love (Stress Recovery) Serum over the lower back morning and evening. To a 4 oz glass dropper bottle, add:
- Organic castor oil
- 25 drops Nutmeg
- 20 drops Clove
- 20 drops Frankincense
- 20 drops Rosemary
- Roll EndoFlex over the front of the throat (thyroid) and lower back (adrenals) morning and evening. Simply add a roller top to the bottle!
- Drink 2-4oz of NingXia Red daily. Make it fun! Mix it up with some kombucha, coconut water and/or sparkling water.
- Consider adding Progessence Plus Serum to your routine.
- Use this refreshing facial scrub 2-3 times a week.
- TIP: Keep your Satin Mint Scrub in the shower to start your day with a fresh, tingly feeling!
- Fire up your diffuser with Eucalyptus, Lemon and Rosemary and place it in the bathroom with the shower or bath running to utilize the steam from the water.
- Add a Lavender bath bomb to your bath or a large handful of magnesium flakes with a few drops of Eucalyptus oil.
- Climb in and relax!
- Use the Satin Mint scrub while you soak, leaving on for a few minutes to enjoy the tingle!
- Sprinkle Thieves Kitchen and Bath Scrub onto a wet surface or sponge. Rub the surface with a cloth or sponge for a sparkling clean, then rinse.

- Use it to naturally tackle soap scum, built-up grease and grime, and hard-water stains in the kitchen and bathroom.

- 1 tsp Thieves Household Cleaner
- 20 drops each Eucalyptus & Lavender
- 10 drops each Peppermint & Tea Tree
- Fill with distilled water and invert to gently mix.
- 20 drops Eucalyptus
- 10 drops Lemon
- Splash of witch hazel
- Fill with filtered water
- ½ cup uncooked rice
- ¼ cup High Quality Epsom Salt
- 1 cup dried lavender buds or rose petals
- Muslin cotton drawstring pouches, approximately 5 in long by 4 in wide
- 40-50 drops Eucalyptus
In a medium bowl, mix rice, Epsom salt, flower buds, and essential oil to thoroughly scent the mixture. Spoon mixture into your muslin pouch. Place anywhere you want to add a fresh scent. Refresh your pouch every 2-3 weeks by opening it up and adding more drops of essential oil.
- 1 cup Baking Soda
- ½ cup Fine Sea Salt
- 20 drops Eucalyptus
- 10 drops Lemon (optional)
Mix well. When ready to use, sprinkle over carpets and let sit for 10 minutes before vacuuming.
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 20 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
- 15 drops Lavender essential oil
- 10 drops each Lemongrass, Lemon essential oil
- Pinch sea salt or splash of witch hazel
- Filtered water
Spray lightly onto surfaces to remove unwanted odors.
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- ½ cup Fine Sea Salt
- ½ cup Baking Soda
- 30 drops Eucalyptus (or a mix of desired oils)
- To use, add 2-3 Tbsp directly to the laundry.
- 1-2 capfuls Thieves Household Cleaner
- 10 drops each Eucalyptus Radiata, Rosemary
- 20 drops Grapefruit
- Filtered water
- ½ cup pink Himalayan salt
- ½ cup magnesium flakes
- 10 drops Eucalyptus
- 8 drops Cedarwood
- 5 drops Rosemary
- 5 drops Raven
- 5 drops Frankincense
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Vitamin E oil
- 15 drops Eucalyptus
- 10 drops Lavender
Combine all ingredients in a metal or glass container, use in the shower to exfoliate & moisturize!
- 20 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
- 10 drops Copaiba essential oil
- Carrier of choice
- 20 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
- 15 drops each Lavender, Lemon essential oil
- Carrier of choice
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pure organic shea butter
- 1/8 cup cocoa butter
- 1 Tbsp Vitamin E oil
- 15 drops Eucalyptus
- 10 drops each Grapefruit, Lavender
Step 1 - Melt together coconut oil, shea butter and cocoa butter, then add in vitamin E oil and whisk.
Step 2 - Refrigerate until almost half solidified, then use a mixer to whip for 1 to 2 minutes until a fluffy consistency is achieved. Add in essential oils then place in a glass jar.
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pure organic shea butter
- 1/8 cup cocoa butter
- 1 Tbsp Vitamin E oil
- 20 drops Patchouli essential oil
- 20 drops Tangerine essential oil
- 20 drops Sacred Mountain essential oil blend
Whip coconut oil and shea butter with a handheld or stand mixer until light and fluffy, slowly mix in essential oils until combined. Store in a glass jar with an airtight lid.
- 25 drops each Patchouli, Tangerine, & Lavender
- Fill with distilled water and invert to gently mix.
Spray onto linens, pjs, stuff animals, etc.
- 20 drops each Lavender, Stress Away, & Patchouli
- Fill with carrier oil of choice
Apply over to the big toe, bottom of the feet, neck and behind ears before bed or more frequently as desired.
- ¼ cup pink Himalayan salt
- ¼ cup magnesium flakes
- 2 Tbsp sweet almond oil
- 10 drops Patchouli
- 10 drops Orange
- Optional: dried lavender, rose buds or eucalyptus leaves

- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Vitamin E oil
- 10 drops Patchouli
- 5 drops Lavender
Combine all ingredients in a metal or glass container, use in the shower to exfoliate & moisturize!
- ½ cup Organic Olive Oil (or 1 cup if not using arnica oil)
- ½ cup organic arnica oil
- Tbsp shea butter
- 2 Tbsp unrefined extra virgin coconut oil
- 3-4 Tbsp beeswax pastilles
- 40 drops essential oils: Patchouli, Frankincense, Lavender, Cedarwood alone or in combination. Essential oils to add for a masculine scent: Sandalwood, Vetiver, Idaho Blue Spruce
Step 1 - Using a double boiler, place several inches of water in the bottom and place a bowl or pan on top. Turn the heat to low-medium and add the olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil & beeswax and allow it to melt, stirring gently.
Step 2 - Remove the bowl from the double boiler. Add Vitamin E oil and essential oils.
Step 3 - Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes to cool but not harden, then pour into the small containers.
- 1 cup organic ground oats
- ¼ cup organic powdered milk (or coconut milk) (or goat milk)
- 1 Tbsp liquid castile soap
- 2 tsp Vitamin E oil
- 15 drops Patchouli
- 5 drops Elemi or Frankincense
- (Optional) 5 drops Helichrysum
Sit and soak for 30 minutes or as long as desired.
- 2lb melt and pour soap base
- ½ cup powdered goat milk
- 2 Tbsp organic raw honey
- 1 Tbsp sweet almond oil
- Soap molds
- 60 drops essential oils (Patchouli, Tangerine, Cedarwood, Lavender, alone or in combo!)
Chop soap base into cubes and melt using a double boiler. Whisk in all remaining ingredients and pour into soap molds. Option to add dried flowers. Let sit overnight.
- 25 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce
- 15 drops Patchouli
- 15 drops Tangerine (optional)
- 10 drops Cinnamon Bark
- A splash of witch hazel
- FIll with distilled water
- Add a calming blend to your diffuse (Lavender, Tangerine + Patchouli is a great one!)
- Turn on a gentle fan or space heater to make the environment comfortable.
- Take time to wash your face, then apply the Charcoal Mask.
- As it sits, brush and floss your teeth (10/10 recommend Thieves AromaBright Toothpaste and Dental Floss), apply some Lavender Hand & Body Lotion, or some CBD Muscle Rub to the tense areas of your neck and shoulders, drink some water, and take your Life 9 Probiotic.
- Use warm water to remove the mask, then apply a moisturizer like CBD Beauty Boost or BLOOM or your desired moisturizer.
- Finish with lip balm and your favorite sleep roller (Tranquil is a fan fave!).
