Taken internally, it offers a fresh, sweet citrus flavor and can provide digestive, lymphatic, and immune support. This is an oil we definitely want in our homes and in our bodies.

NingXia Red

About NingXia Red!

It's no secret that we are crazy about NingXia Red, and here are all there reasons why. NingXia Red is a powerful antioxidant supplement drink made from wolberry puree, blueberry, plum, cherry, arena  and pomegranate juices, grape seed extract, Yuzu, Tangerine, Lemon and Orange essential oils, stevia and pure vanilla extract for flavor.

Lemon Vitality Essential Oil

Give your morning routine a healthy boost with Lemon Avocado Toast.
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1-2 slices of your favorite bread
  • Mash avocado lightly in a bowl and add
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • 1-2 drops Lemon Vitality essential oil
    • salt & pepper to taste
  • Toast the bread, then spread the seasoned avocado on top. Add a fried egg if desired or enjoy as is.
Start your day with some gentle liver and immune system support:
  • Add a drizzle of honey (optional) to the bottom of a mug, add 1-2 drops of Lemon Vitality essential oil, then fill with warm (not boiling) water.
  • This is also a great practice when defenses start to go down if you're feeling the need for some respiratory support that the colder months often require.
  • Added bonus if you add a drop of Thieves Vitality and Copaiba Vitality for more health benefits!
Add some zest to your salads and marinades by adding a few drops of Lemon Vitality to the mix. Try this simple Dijon Vinaigrette with Lemon, Orange, or even Citrus Fresh Vitality:
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp organic dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vingar
  • 2-3 drops Orange, Lemon, or Citrus Fresh Vitality

    Mix all ingredients well with a whisk and use as desired. Shake gently before use.

Citrus Fresh Vitality Essential Oil

Mix up your daily NingXia Red. Add 1-2 drops of Citrus Fresh Vitality essential oil directly to your NingXia or make a spritzer with sparkling water:
  • 2-4 oz NingXia Red
  • Citrus Fresh, Lemon, and/or Orange Vitality (or any Vitality oil) 
  • and lots of ice.
Add a drop or two of Citrus Fresh Vitality to your favorite herbal tea for a fresh twist.

Add Citrus Fresh Vitality to your salad dressings or marinades for a delicious citrus flavor.

Citrus Fresh Vitality is the exact same oil as Citrus Fresh essential oil blend, simply labeled differently so it can be ingested. That means you can use Citrus Fresh Vitality the same way you would use Citrus Fresh essential oil blend - in the diffuser and in all your favorite roller blends as well.
  • Be well Roller: Frankincense, Thieves, Citrus Fresh, Lemon in a carrier oil
  • Be Happy Roller: Stress Away, Citrus Fresh, Orange, Grapefruit in a carrier oil

DiGize Vitality Essential Oil Blend

  • 6 oz raspberries

  • 2 lb strawberries
  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt (or plain)
  • 6 drops Orange Vitality
    Mix yogurt and Orange Vitality and use as a dip for the fruit or mix the fruit in the yogurt and refrigerate for an hour to chill, then enjoy.
Add a drop of Orange Vitality directly to your Thieves toothpaste for an extra bust. Orange and Orange Vitality essential oil is cold pressed from the rind of the fruit, making it alkaline and not acidic. You can also add Orange Vitality to your Thieves mouthwash.

Orange Vitality is the exact same oil as Orange essential oil, simply labeled differently so it can be ingested. That means you can use Orange Vitality the same way you would Orange essential oil - in the diffuser and in all your favorite roller blends as well.
Copaiba Vitality Essential Oil

Copaiba Vitality is an incredible oil for supporting the body's natural response to inflammation and injury - both acute and chronic. Add this oil to your health routine for any muscle, joint, or tendon needs - post workout to aging to chronic needs.

Make a daily wellness tea! (Also great for acute needs when the body's defenses start to go down.)
  • Warm water or herbal tea (Echinacea is great)
  • 1 drop Thieves Vitality
  • 1 drop Copaiba Vitality
  • 2-3 drops Lemon Vitality
  • 1 tsp honey
    Add oils to the honey, pour water on top and stir well.
    Or add oils directly to the tea bag before adding water.
Support your health from the inside out with daily Copaiba capsules
1 vegetarian capsule
1-2 drops Copaiba Vitality
Olive oil (or other edible liquid oil) for dilution if desired

What should I order?


For the month of April we are focusing on all things energy, fitness and vitality! We all want energy and vitality, and creating daily health habits will help us have it. Here are a few essential items we are using in April to achieve that goal.

Here are a few essential items we’re using in April!


Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint essential oil has a soothing, recognizable scent, but Peppermint is so much more than a fresh aroma! This oil can be diffused to create a stimulating, focused atmosphere for daily tasks. You can also apply it topically to create a cool, tingling sensation on the skin, which can be very soothing after hard physical activity.   • Diffuse Peppermint while working or around kids while doing their homework for an environmental that is focused and energized.
  • Add Peppermint to Epsom salts and hot bathwater and enjoy the revitalizing scent and soothing aromatic steam.
  • Inhale or apply it to your chest before and during a tough workout for a stimulating scent.
  • Apply it topically to fatigued areas following physical activity for a cooling sensations.
