Lushious Lemon Essential Oil Blend

  Whisk together until all ingredients are well combined.
  To Use - add 1-2 tbsp into the washer before adding any laundry. Add your clothes and normal amount of laundry detergent.

• 1/2 teaspoon Golden Turmeric Powder
• 2 Tbsp flour of choice or ground oats
• 3 Tbsp full fat yogurt or milk
• A few drops of honey
• 3 drops Manuka essential oil
• 3 drops Frankincense essential oil
  Mix flour, turmeric, honey and milk to make a paste. Add essential oils. Apply a thin layer to your face and let it dry for 10-15 minutes (see below for guidelines). Rinse and scrub gently to remove.

• 10mL glass spray bottle 
• 2 drops Spearmint Vitality
• 1 drop Thieves Vitality
• Splash Thieves Mouthwash
• Fill with filtered water
• Shake well before use.

• 1 Cup Baking Soda 
• 1/2 Cup High Quality Epsom Salt  
• 30 Drops Of Essential Oil(s) (Thieves, Lemon, Raven, Eucalyptus, Peppermint in any combination or alone)
• Water (about 2-3 teaspoons)
• Silicone mold  
• Pour the baking soda and epsom salt into a mixing bowl. Slowly add water, about 2 teaspoons, and mix well. If the mixture is not holding, add another teaspoon of water. Add essential oil(s) of your choice and mix well. Scoop into silicone molds and let sit overnight. Remove and store in an airtight container.
• To use, simply place a shower melt on the floor of the shower near the water but not directly in the stream. Enjoy!

• 2 Tbsp Organic Sugar
• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 Tbsp of Honey
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice 
• 3 drops each Thieves, Lemon
• Mix ingredients well then rub onto feet. Wrap feet with warm damp towels and let sit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove the towel and wipe off the scrub. Follow with moisturizer if desired.

• ¼ cup pink Himalayan salt 
• ¼ cup magnesium flakes 
• 2 Tbsp sweet almond oil 
• 5 drops Thieves
• 10 drops Lavender
• Optional: dried lavender or eucalyptus leaves 

• ½ cup pink Himalayan salt 
• ½ cup magnesium flakes 
• 12 drops Thieves
• 8 drops Cedarwood
• 5 drops Lemon 
• 5 drops Frankincense

• 7 drops Vanilla 
• 5 drops Thieves
• ¼ cup White Sugar
• ¼ cup Coconut Oil
• Whip coconut oil with a mixer, then add in sugar and essential oils and mix again.  Store in a glass jar. Apply nightly to lips in a circular motion. Wipe off with a dry towel.

• 4 oz glass mister bottle 
• 3 Tbsp grain alcohol
• 1 Tbsp witch hazel 
• 1 Tbsp water
• ½ tsp glycerin 
• 20 drops Cedarwood (or other essential oil)
• 10 drops Thieves
• Combine all ingredients and shake well.
• To use, spritz two sprays under arms as desired

• 1 cup epsom salt 
• 1 cup quick oats
• 1/2 cup baking soda 
• 5 drops Thieves essential oil
• 10 drops Frankincense essential oil
• 15 drops Lavender essential oil
• Grind oats in a food processor or coffee grinder into a fine flour-like texture, then mix all ingredients in a bowl until oils are evenly distributed. Store in a glass jar and use about 1 cup of mixture per bath. Create a pouch for your mixture using a sock or pantyhose to reduce floating oatmeal flakes in your bath.

• ½ cup extra-virgin coconut oil
• ½ cup beeswax
• ¼ cup shea butter
• ¼ cup cocoa butter 
• 10 drops each Lavender, Thieves essential oils OR 20-25 drops oil(s) of choice
• Optional: dried lavender buds and lemon zest for exfoliation
• Materials: 16-ounce measuring cup, Medium-sized saucepan, Silicone molds or muffin tin
• Combine coconut oil, beeswax, shea butter, and cocoa butter in a 16-ounce glass measuring cup. Place in a pot with water that rises halfway up the measuring cup.  Bring water to a boil, stirring frequently until ingredients are completely melted, then remove measuring cup from the pot.
• Add dried lavender and lemon zest, if desired. Add essential oils and stir until completely combined. Immediately pour into molds and let sit overnight. Once cooled, remove the lotion from the molds. Store in a cool, dry place.

• To a large glass jar with airtight lid add
• 1 1/2 cup epsom salt 
• 1/2 cup baking soda 
• 30 drops Thieves (or mix Thieves and Lemon)
• Whisk together until all ingredients are well combined.
• To use: add 1-2 Tbl into the washer before adding any laundry. Add laundry and the normal amount of laundry detergent.

• 16oz glass spray bottle   
• 1-2 tsp Thieves Household Cleaner
• 20 drops each Thieves, Lavender, Lemon
• Filtered water

• 4 oz glass jar 
• 1 cup baking soda 
• ½ cup fine sea salt 
• 10 drops each Thieves, Lemon essential oils
• Add baking soda and salt to a jar, and mix well. Add essential oils, stir, then place the top on the jar and shake well. Optional: use a small knife or drill to make small holes in the top of the jar. Sprinkle onto carpets and let sit 10-15 minutes before vacuuming! 

• 8 ounce glass spray bottle 
• 4 teaspoons vegetable glycerin 
• 6 teaspoons rubbing alcohol 
• Approximately 6 ounces distilled water
• 2 teaspoons Thieves Household Cleaner
• 30-40 drops each Thieves, Eucalyptus Radiata essential oils OR oil(s) of choice
• Combine essential oils and vegetable glycerin in a spray bottle. Add rubbing alcohol and Thieves Household Cleaner; mix well. Fill to the top with distilled water. Shake well until thoroughly combined. Store on the back of the commode for easy use!
• To use: Shake well, then spray 3-6 times into the toilet bowl before you go. Do your business and flush as usual.

• ½ cup uncooked rice
• ¼ cup Epsom salt 
• 1 cup dried lavender buds 
• Muslin cotton drawstring pouches, approximately 5 inches long by 4 inches wide (or go green and use an old sock, fabric scraps, etc.)
• 40 drops total essential oil(s) of choice: Lavender, Thieves, Eucalyptus, Lemon
• In a medium bowl, mix rice, Epsom salt, flower buds, and essential oil to thoroughly scent the mixture. Spoon mixture into your pouch. Place anywhere you want to add a fresh lavender scent. Refresh your pouch every 2-3 weeks by opening it up and adding more drops of essential oil.

• 1 cup baking soda 
• ½ cup citric acid 
• ½ cup cornstarch 
• 4 teaspoons water
• 40 drops essential oils (Thieves, Lemon, Lavender, Tangerine)
• 3 teaspoons V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex or other carrier
• Ice cube tray or small silicone mold 
  • Step 1 - In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix evenly.
  • Step 2 - In a separate bowl, combine water, essential oils or blends, and V-6.
  • Step 3 - Pour liquids into the large bowl and mix together until combined.
  • Step 4 - Use the mixture to fill an ice cube tray or candy mold about three fourths full. If the mixture expands and spills over the mold, gently repack into the mold.
  • Step 5 - Let sit overnight to dry in a room temperature area. When dry, pop tablets out and store in a glass jar.
    To Use - When needed, put a tablet in the toilet bowl, hard-to-clean bottles, or sink full of dishes to help clean and deodorize. Let sit in the bowl, bottle, or sink for 20–30 minutes to fizz and dissolve. Once dissolved, flush or rinse out.

Thieves Household Cleaner

• Combine 1 capful Thieves Household Cleaner, 5 drops Citrus Fresh essential oil blend, 1 tsp white vinegar, and 3 cups water.

• Simply mix equal parts Thieves Household Cleaner and the baking soda in a bowl and use throughout your whole house on grimy surfaces!

• Windows and Mirrors - 1 capful of Thieves Cleaner to 4-5 cup water in glass spray bottle. Provides a streak free shine.
• Carpets - 1 capful for 4-5 cups water to a steam cleaner can remove dirt and grime from carpets and upholstery. Make sure to spot check.
• Garbage Cans - 1 capful Thieves Cleaner to 3 cups water. Spray both inside and outside to remove dirt and grime. Wipe clean. (No need to wash off) You may also want to consider adding a few drops of Thieves Essential Oil to a cotton ball and dropping into the bottom of can as a weekly deodorizer.
• Heavy Degreaser - 1 capful Thieves cleaner to 1 cup water. Spray and soak for 5 minutes. Wipe away grease like your name is Houdini.
• Bathroom Soft Scrub - 1 capful Thieves Cleaner to 1⁄4 cup baking soda. Using a bristle toilet brush, scrub inside of toilets and showers and sit 5 min before rinsing or flushing.
• Toy Soak - 1 capful Thieves Cleaner to 3 Cups water in sink or bucket. Let your baby's toys soak for 15 minutes to remove grime and hidden dangers all while providing a non-toxic sanitizer for your tiniest of human's favorite toys. Make sure to rinse thoroughly and dry.
• Floors - Cleaning floors can be so easy with this one solution that cleans, deodorized and adds shine to various hard flooring. 1 capful of Thieves Household Cleaner to 4 cups water (we always add 2-3 drops of Lemon essential oil for the smell and extra shine) Mop as usual.
• Fridge Cleaner - 1 capful Thieves Cleaner to 2 cups water. Great for both inside and a streak free stainless-steel cleaner. Also, who wants harsh chemicals where we store food.
• Tiles and Grout - 1 capful of Thieves Cleaner with 1/2 cup of water in a spray bottle. Spray tile and grout. Let sit for a couple of minutes. Use a small brush to get stains out. You may use less water for stronger concentration as needed.
• Mattress Cleaner - 1 capful of Thieves Cleaner to 3 cups water, add 3 drops Purification essential oil and spritz over entire mattress for overall clean. When using as a spot cleaner, spray thoroughly and scrub with a light bristled brush.

Lemon Essential Oil

• Add 20 drops of Lemon to your wellness roller, dilute and apply it with R.C. as a chest rub, diffuse it, add 5 drops to 1 cup Epsom salt for a bath.
• Use Lemon in your cleaning DIYs, add 25 drops to Thieves Household Cleaner, add a couple drops to wool dryer balls for laundry.

Pine Essential Oil

• Add 20 drops of Pine to your daily wellness roller with Thieves, diffuse with Lemon, Thieves, Orange or other citrus oil, add 5 drops to Epsom salts for a detox bath. Just get this oil on and around your body as much as possible!
• Use Pine in your cleaning DIYs, add 15 drops to Thieves Household Cleaner, and add to your linen sprays.

R.C. Essential Oil Blend

• Use 10 drops of R.C. in 2 Tbsp coconut oil for a simple chest rub. 
• Diffuse with Lemon, Lavender or Thieves, apply a couple drops to the bottom of the feet, add 5 drops to Epsom salts for a soothing soak, drop onto the floor of the shower to open the airways.

Inner Defense

• Take 1 softgel each morning for maintenance. Take with food, especially healthy fat. For best results, use Life 9 supplement 8 hours after using Inner Defense.
• Take 1 softgel 3−5 times daily for more acute needs. (Pro tip: for younger children, use a needle to poke a hole in the capsule and rub it along their spine, bottom of the feet!) 

Sulfurzyme Capsules or Powder

• Take 2 capsules 2 times daily or as needed 1 hour before or after meals.

• 40 drops BLOOM essential oil blend
• 30 drops Geranium Bourbon

• 1/2 cup unrefined extra virgin coconut oil

  Step 2 - Remove the bowl from the double boiler. Add Vitamin E oil and essential oils.
  Step 3 - Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes to cool but not harden, then pour into the small containers.

  Add all the above to an empty 15 ml essential oil bottle and add an AromaGlide Roller Fitment. Roll onto your cuticles anytime, anywhere.

  Fill with a carrier of choice. Apply over the heart, back of the neck, on the wrists liberally and frequently.

• Frustration is closely tied to our expectations (of ourselves, of others, or of a situation or outcome). The other side, or opposite feeling, of Frustration is Accomplishment. Most of the time when we feel frustrated is usually because we fear that we are not going to accomplish what we want to do/ feel/ or have happen! Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils suggests rubbing a drop or two of Lemon along the ribs, near the sternum (above the bile ducts), and focus on moving beyond your limitations or expectations. If we store up enough frustration that does not get resolved it turns to chronic anger, which is highly associated with liver and gallbladder discomfort or problems. So it's good to let the frustration go!
• Lack, or the feeling of emptiness- when we don't feel "Complete". The other side of Lack is Full. This also makes this oil great for the Enneagram 7s and Enneagram 4s! Releasing Emotional Patterns suggests rubbing Lemon over the heart and chest while focusing on our completeness and all that we currently possess.
• Stuck, the opposite of feeling Transformed and moving forward. When we feel stuck we fear experiencing life. So rubbing Lemon on the sinuses can be helpful for branching out and having new experiences and getting un-stuck! Note: do not use Lemon (or other citrus oils) on skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight within two hours.

• Lemon Essential Oil
• Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
  Note: Lemon and Lemon Vitality Essential Oil are the same oil. Vitality oils are labeled for ingestion but are the same essential oil. 

• 30mL roller bottle 
• Fill just over ⅓ with Thieves Dish Soap
• Add 1 tsp Hydrogen Peroxide 
• Add 15 drops Lemon Essential Oil
• Fill remainder with Thieves Household Cleaner and shake to mix.
• Apply directly to stains to pre-treat. 

• To a glass jar with a lid add:
• 1 cup Epsom Salt 
• ½ cup Fine Sea Salt 
• ½ cup Baking Soda 
• 30 drops Lemon Essential Oil (or a mix of desired oils)
  To Use - add 2-3 Tbsp directly to the laundry.

• Add 15 drops of Lemon to diluted Thieves Household Cleaner for a daily spray.
• Add 10 drops each Pine & Lemon to Thieves Household Cleaner and dilute for a mop solution.
• Mix 10 drops Lemon oil + ¼ cup Baking Soda  + 1 tsp Thieves Household Cleaner for a kitchen and bath scrub (add more baking soda to consistency as desired)
• Clean a slow moving drain with baking soda, white vinegar and lemon oil. Pour ¼-½ cup baking soda onto the drain, drop 2-3 drops Lemon onto it, pour ¼-½ cup vinegar onto the mixture and cover with a cloth for 10 minutes. Then pour hot water into the drain.
