Lemon Essential OilBright, happy and crisp, this oil is great for diffusing, cleaning and even as a gentle daily liver detox. Lemon essential oil is high in limonene, a constituent well known for its health benefits. Lemon is a household staple all year round, and it is especially great in the winter to uplift your spirits!
- Add 20 drops of Lemon to your wellness roller, dilute and apply it with R.C. as a chest rub, diffuse it, add 5 drops to 1 cup Epsom salt for a bath.
- Use Lemon in your cleaning DIYs, add 25 drops to Thieves Household Cleaner, add a couple drops to wool dryer balls for laundry.
Pine Essential OilPine is a wonderful emotional oil when it comes to presence and grounding, and it is also an immune powerhouse as well! Folklore touts pine needle tea as a great health habit in the winter, so we are stocking up on this one for sure.
- Add 20 drops of Pine to your daily wellness roller with Thieves, diffuse with Lemon, Thieves, Orange or other citrus oil, add 5 drops to Epsom salts for a detox bath. Just get this oil on and around your body as much as possible!
- Use Pine in your cleaning DIYs, add 15 drops to Thieves Household Cleaner, and add to your linen sprays.
R.C. Essential Oil BlendR.C. is a winter must! R.C. stands for ‘Respiratory Comfort' and for good reason. This soothing blend of eucalyptus oils is great for the airways. The soothing aroma is a favorite during the cold weather months, but we love it year round creating a spa-inspired setting.
- Use 10 drops of R.C. in 2 Tbsp coconut oil for a simple chest rub.
- Diffuse with Lemon, Lavender or Thieves, apply a couple drops to the bottom of the feet, add 5 drops to Epsom salts for a soothing soak, drop onto the floor of the shower to open the airways.
Inner DefenseInner Defense are liquid softgels, which dissolve easily to reinforce your system's defenses, create unfriendly terrain for yeast/fungus, promote healthy respiratory function, and contain potent essential oils like oregano, thyme, and Thieves which are rich in thymol, carvacrol, and eugenol for immune support. In short, these powerhouse capsules provide a defense for your body!
- Take 1 softgel each morning for maintenance. Take with food, especially healthy fat. For best results, use Life 9 supplement 8 hours after using Inner Defense.
- Take 1 softgel 3−5 times daily for more acute needs. (Pro tip: for younger children, use a needle to poke a hole in the capsule and rub it along their spine, bottom of the feet!)
Sulfurzyme Capsules or PowderSulfurzyme combines wolfberry with MSM, a naturally occurring organic form of dietary sulfur needed by our bodies every day to maintain the structure of proteins, protect cells and cell membranes, replenish the connections between cells, and preserve the molecular framework of connective tissue. This supplement not only supports digestion, it promotes healthy hair, skin, nails, joints and immunity!
- Take 2 capsules 2 times daily or as needed 1 hour before or after meals.
- Mix ½ tsp. of powder with NingXia Red or distilled water and take twice daily. Best taken 1 hour before or after meals.
