Just a Drop of Manuka

• Has a warm, earthy aroma that pairs well with citrus and cleansing, herbaceous oils like Lavender and Rosemary

• 1/2 cup organic shea butter
• 1/2 cup organic cocoa butter
• 1 tbsp organic sunflower oil
• 1 tbsp organic coconut oil
• 1 tsp organic beeswax
• 15 drops Manuka essentail oil
  Step 1 - In a double boiler, gently melt the shea butter, cocoa butter, sunflower oil, coconut oil, and beeswax. Stir frequently.
  Step 2 - Remove from the heat and add Manuka. Stir to mix.
  Step 3 - Line a baking pan with tin foil or wax paper. Pour the melted butter mixture into the pan and let cool at room temperature overnight or in the fridge until set.
  Step 4 - Break into pieces and gift to friends and family - or even better - yourself.

• 1/4 cup epsom salt
• 3 drops Manuka
  Mix and add to a basin of warm water. Soak feet for about 1- minutes, then pat dry.

• 1 cup epsom salt
• 1/2 cup fine sea salt
• 1/2 cup baking soda
• 30 drops Manuka essential oil
• 20 drops Lemon essential oil
  To use, add 2-3 tbsp directly to the laundry.

• 1 cup baking soda
• 1/2 cup fine sea salt
• 10 drops each Manuka & Lemon (or 20 drops Manuka)
  Step 1 - Add baking soda and salt to a jar, and mix well.
  Step 2 - Add essential oils, stir, then place the top on the jar and shake well.
  Step 3 (optional) - use a small knife or drill to make small holes in the top of the jar
  Step 4 - Sprinkle onto carpets and let sit 10-15 minutes before vacuuming.

• Mix 1 scoop of Inner Beauty Collagen with 4-8 ounces of water or your favorite hot or cold beverage daily.
• Combine with 1/2 tsp of Golden Turmeric and 1 cup of water or juice in a shaker bottle for a synergistic effect.
• Stir 1 scoop into a cup of your favorite hot tea such as Spiced Turmeric Herbal Tea.
• Mix with 2 ounces of NingXia Red and 1/2 cup of juice or sparkling water for a tasty, collagen-boosting elixir.
• Add 1 scoop to a can of NingXia Zyng poured in a glass for a sparkling drink that supports skin health.

• 1/2 cup unrefined extra virgin coconut oil
• 1/2 cup shea butter
• 1/8 cup cocoa butter
• 1 tbsp Vitamin E oil
• 25 drops Kid Power
• 15 drops Lavender & Grapefruit
  Step 1 - Melt together coconut oil, shea butter and coconut butter, then add in Vitamin E oil and whisk.
  Step 2 - Refrigerate until almost half solidified, then use a mixer to whip for 1 to 2 minutes until a fluffy consistency is achieved.
  Step 3 - Add in essential oils then place in a glass jar.

Key Ingredients

• 10 oz continuous spray bottle

• 5 tbsp fractioned coconut oil or ClaraDerm Spray
• 20 drops Carrot Seed essential oil
• 30 drops Citronella essential oil (optional)
  Add all items to the spray bottle and shake well.

LavaDerm After-Sun Spray

• 5 oz continuous spray bottle
• 25 drops each Lavender & Frankincense
• 18 drops each Tea Tree & Peppermint
• V-6 Vegetable Oil or carrier of choice

Insect Repellent or Insect Repellent Wipes

• Continuous spray bottle
• Bottle of YL Insect Repellent

  Add all items to the spray bottle, but add the insect repellent last (it will not all fit!)

  Step 1 - In a popsicle mold, add equal parts NingXia and Lemonade, 1 drop of Citrus Fresh and top with NingXia Zing. Do this in layers for a pretty end result.

• 1 can sparking water in your favorite flavor
• 1/3-1/2 bottle of komucha
• 4 oz NingXia Red
• 1-2 drops Grapefruit Vitality or Tangerine Vitality essential oil
• 1 squirt of Grapefruit Bergamot Vitality Drops
• 1/2-1 can NingXia Zyng
  Add it all together in a glass, stir, and enjoy!

• 1 cup coconut water
• 4 oz NingXia Red
• 1 lemon juiced
• 1 lime juiced
• 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
• 1-2 drops Young Living Vitality of choice: Tangerine, Orange, Lime, Citrus Fresh or Grapefruit
• 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp coconut oil
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  Mix all ingredients in a blender with some ice for one of the most refreshing drinks EVER. You could even do this without a blender - just throw everything in a shaker cup and enjoy.

DIY Summer Glow Serum

• 10 droppersful CBD Beauty Boost
• 40 drops Frankincense essential oil
• 20 drops Blue Tansy essential oil (optional)
• Carrier of choice: Argan oil (good for dry skin), Jojoba oil (good for all skin types), Rose hip oil (for all skin types)

• 1.5 tsp organic Vitamin C powder
• 5 drops Geranium essential oil
• 3 tbsp distilled water
• splash of alcohol-free witch hazel (optional for more oil-prone skin)
  Mix Vitamin C powder into the water until dissolved, then add Geranium and top with a splash of witch hazel (optional). Use morning and evening as desired. Store up to 2 weeks at room temperature or longer in the fridge.

• 1 cup ground oats
• 1/4 cup powdered milk or powdered coconut milk or powdered goat milk
• 1 tbsp liquid Castile soap
• 2 tsp Vitamin E oil
• 10 drops each Frankincense, Cedarwood OR use the YL Essential Beauty Serum - Dry skin
• 5 drops Helichrysum essential oil (optional)
  Sit and soak for 30 mitts or as long as desired.

• 1 cup sugar
• 4 ounces melt-and-pour soap
• 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
• Essential oils, dried herbs, or coffee grounds as desired (see below)
• Silicone mold or ice cube tray
  

• 1/4 cup ground coffee + 5 drops Vanilla Oleoresin + 3 drops Peppermint (optional)
• 1.5 tbsp dried rose petals + 12 tsp beet root powder + 15 drops Myrrh + 10 drops Lavender
• 1.5 tbsp dried lavender flowers + 15 drops Ylang Ylang + 10 drops Idaho Blue Spruce
• 1 tbsp dried chamomile blossoms + 10 drops Roman Chamomile + 5 drops Patchouli + 5 drops Bergamot (optional)
• 1 tbsp dried heather blossoms + 15 drops Grapefruit + natural food coloring + 10 drops Vanilla, Lavender or Tangerine (optional)

• Esters - a gentle constituent found in many essential oils, especially citrus oils, that helps to calm both the mind and body.

• Citrus Fresh essential oil
• Citrus Fresh Vitality essential oil
• Citrus Fresh Shower Shower Steamers

• 1 cup epsom salt
• 1/2 cup fine sea salt
• 1/2 cup baking soda
• 30 drops Citrus Fresh essential oil blend
  To use, add 2-3 tbsp directly to the laundry.

• 1 cup baking soda
• 1/2 cup fine sea salt
• 10 drops each Citrus Fresh & Purification (or 20 drops Citrus Fresh)
  Step 1 - Add baking soda and salt to a jar, and mix well.
  Step 2 - Add essential oils, stir, then place the top on the jar and shake well.
  Step 3 (optional) - use a small knife or drill to make small holes in the top of the jar
  Step 4 - Sprinkle onto carpets and let sit 10-15 minutes before vacuuming.
