How To Use

• Take 1 capsule up to 3 times daily for acute needs. We suggest taking with food and at the very first sign of your defenses going down.

Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil

• Autumn Breeze: 3 drops Orange, 3 drops Cinnamon Bark, 2 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce, 1 drop Clove and 1 drop Nutmeg
• Coffee Shop: 4 drops Stress Away, 3 drops Cinnamon Bark, 2 drops Tangerine

• Add 10 drops each Cinnamon Bark and Vanilla

Lemon Vitality Essential Oil

• 1 large ripe avocado
• 1-2 slices of your favorite bread
• Mash avocado lightly in a bowl and add
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 drops Lemon Vitality essential oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
• Toast the bread, then spread the seasoned avocado on top. Add a fried egg if desired or enjoy as is.

• Add a drizzle of honey (optional) to the bottom of a mug, add 1-2 drops of Lemon Vitality essential oil, then fill with warm (not boiling) water.

Why should I not take Progessence Plus while on hormonal birth control?

• It is not recommended to use conventional hormonal birth control and Progessence Plus together.
