
One of my favourite activities - walking up mountains.
I apply the following oils before each walk:
1) Deep Relief to my thigh muscles,
2) Peppermint to my upper chest, above my lip and breathe it in,
3) Diluted Lavender oil on any exposed skin.

We are starting monthly meet ups to learn more about using Young Living's extensive products. Our first event will be in Buderim on the beautiful Sunshine Coast on Monday 17/09/2018. Arrive at 6.00pm for a 6.15pm start. This event is free and we will be teaching about using our non-toxic cleaning and household products to make them economically priced to use.
