Number 2 Spray - Natural and inexpensive - Spray before you go
We have all been there. Been on the toilet for a while and someone needs to go immediately after us. We tell them to wait for a while, but they don’t. It is an unpleasant experience for both people.
Well I have an answer for this problem.

We have all been there. Been on the toilet for a while and someone needs to go immediately after us. We tell them to wait for a while, but they don’t. It is an unpleasant experience for both people.
Well I have an answer for this problem. There is an inexpensive and natural spray that we make to combat this dilemma.
Number 2 Spray which is sprayed before you go.
The first item you will need is a brown or blue glass spray bottle. These are best as they allow the oils to not be affected by sunlight and the oils do not eat away at the glass.

Then there are only three ingredients – distilled water, vegetable glycerine, essential oils of your choice.
RECIPE
Ingredients

120ml dark glass spray bottle
100ml distilled water
1 tsp vegetable glycerine
50 drops essential oils – some examples are below but the possibilities are endless…

Method
  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into spray bottle.
  2. Shake well before spraying.
  3. Add 4 sprays to the toilet bowl water BEFORE doing your business.
  4. Enjoy the aroma experience in the bathroom.

Essential Oil (EO) Options
VERSION 1
10 drops Rosemary EO
10 drops Lemongrass EO
20 drops Lavender EO

VERSION 2
25 drops Eucalyptus EO
25 drops Peppermint EO

VERSION 3
25 drops Citrus Fresh EO
25 drops Geranium EO

VERSION 4
50 drops Purification EO

VERSION 5
25 drops Eucalyptus EO
25 drops Lemon EO

Vegetable glycerine is needed as it allows the oils to disperse in the water while in the spray bottle. Also, the vegetable glycerine sits on the top of the toilet bowl water creating an invisible barrier to keep the odour underneath. So, the spray is shaken and then used before you do your business. If you cannot find vegetable glycerine at the health food shop, then you could use witch hazel, vodka or olive oil in its place. This would not be as effective, but still an option to allow dispersal.

In place of distilled water, you could use boiled water that has cooled or mineral water.

If you wish to use a Thieves spray bottle (30mL), which is designed for essential oils, then the ingredients need to be quartered. So, the recipe would be:
25mL distilled water
¼ tsp vegetable glycerine
12 drops of essential oil

So, give me a like if you are going to make the number two spray and comment with your favourite essential oil suggestions for this recipe.
