For those on monthly orders (Essential Rewards ER)
Just a reminder about Personal Volume (PV) Assistant.
A team member did her order and made sure it was over 50PV. Her order arrived, but one product was out of stock. So when her order arrived without this one item, she did not meet the minimum requirement of 50PV. She lost the Reward Points for this order. It took a little bit of effort to sort it all out.
So I encourage people to put 50PV or 100PV (like myself as I earn full commission) on PV Assistant and allocate a few products like toothpaste or floss as backups incase something goes out of stock just prior to the monthly order going through.
