Top Five Oils for Long Plane Flights
In 2016 and 2017, I travelled to France and America. Here are some of the oils I used to help with keeping my energy levels high and staying healthy. It helped with energy levels with the change of time zones too.

  • NingXia Red (juice) – drink 20-60mL per day. It comes in handy little travel pouches which are great for travel.


  • Lavender Wellness Oil – most people like the smell of Lavender and it is great for relaxation and rest.

  • Thieves toothpaste - I use this for so many things - cleaning my teeth and my deodorant. So versatile.
    There are four varieties of toothpaste to choose from. My favourite is Ultra.
