Add whichever ingredients you want, but this is what I added into a blender:
RECIPE:
1 scoop Pure Protein Complete
1 scoop Balance Complete
30mL NingXia Red
3 drops of Slique Essential Oil blend
10 blueberries
5 strawberries
1 banana
1 teaspoon carob or cocoa
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk or coconut water
Top with cocoa nibs
