On Thursday 8th September 2022, I took my 15 year old son to the orthodontist. She commented that my son's teeth are so different to everyone else's teeth she sees. Usually she has to clean out all the debris that is stuck in the braces and his teeth are so clean. Here is what we do:
1) No cow's dairy or soy products. (Follow your doctor's recommendations.)

2) We have very little processed food in our diet.
3) We eat lots of coconut oil.
For me, I also use a tongue scraper, and Fermented Cod Liver and Butter oil capsules.
Here is another of my favourite toothpaste stories. My daughter was about 3 years old and I walked into the bathroom to find her eating Kidscents Toothpaste. She had eaten half a tube. I asked her why she was eating it. She happily replied, "Yum!" So grateful that she ate this toothpaste and not the other toothpastes with their warning about calling Poison's Control Centre if swallowed.
This story is the total opposite from a friend. The daughter (sensory seeker) spent a day in the hospital as a toddler hooked up to heart monitors being monitored for potential cardiac arrest after eating half a tube of regular toothpaste. ALL the regular toothpaste was thrown out after that day.
