Oils for School, Study or Work
For school, study or work, here are a few tips I like to use:
1) In the morning, diffuse Lemon or Citrus Fresh to promote feelings of happiness and energy. In Japan, the Takasago Corporation carried out research into how smells affect the accuracy of typists. It found 54% made fewer errors when they could smell lemon.
2) Apply Vetiver or StressAway to ground and help with the everyday stresses of life.
3) Apply Valor or Valor Roll On for confidence and courage.
4) Apply GeneYus, Clarity, Brain Power or Rosemary to the back of the neck, temples or under the big toes maintain clear thinking, focus, retention of information and concentration.
5) Apply TummyGize™ to the tummies of children to help calm children on a physical, emotional and mental level. Apply during times of occasional stress and transition between home environment, school or sport activities.
6) Apply Thieves or ImmuPower to the bottoms of the feet especially during winter.
7) Before bed, diffuse Peace & Calming or SleepyIze to promote a restful sleep.
