Oils When Wearing Face Masks
A few weeks ago, a lady came to my market stall and asked for an oil to help with breathing while wearing a face mask. I applied 'Breathe Again Roll On' to her clean index finger, which she rubbed on the sides of her nose, popped her face mask back on and left. About one hour later, she came back to my stall and exclaimed how much better she felt with the oil on the sides of her nose, and made inquiries on how to purchase the oil.

BreatheAgain contains ten essential oils, including four different eucalyptus oils, in a carrier oil base. It provides a refreshing scent in stuffy environments.

Breathe Again is my favourite oil for breathing, but here are some great alternatives to pop on the sides of the nose or on the inside of the face mask.
* Peppermint - Traditionally used in Aromatherapy:
  • As a cough suppressant; and
  • To relieve cough.
I prefer to wear face masks that are washable. I also will only use Young Living Essential Oils.

Remember if an oils creates any burning sensation, apply a carrier oil like olive oil or coconut oil. Do not wash it off with water. Watch the Video
