Gifts with Purchase
Settle into the season of gratitude with us this month! We are excited to create cozy homes that welcome gatherings, give our immune systems an upgrade to handle all the season brings, and fill our spaces with all the lovely holiday goodies!
Settle into a season of gratitude with some of our absolute favorite fall and winter essentials for free! Inner Defense, R.C., Gratitude (a favorite for holiday diffusing!), Grapefruit Vitality, Citrus Fresh, and One Heart!
NOTE: If you're looking for any DIY supplies, check out the DIY Supplies List blog post for the exact items we use and recommend.

Grapefruit Vitality Essential OilGrapefruit essential oil has a zesty, uplifting aroma that refreshes the air when diffused. It also provides cleansing action, making it a popular addition to skin care and home cleaning products.
NOTE: Grapefruit Vitality is the exact same oil as Grapefruit essential oil blend, simply labeled differently so it can be ingested. That means you can use Grapefruit Vitality the same way you would use Grapefruit essential oil blend - in the diffuser and in all your favorite roller blends as well.
Add Grapefruit to your favorite roller blends for some happy citrus zest! To a 10 mL roller bottle, add the following essential oils with a carrier oil of your choice. (Note: do not apply citrus oils to skin that will be directly exposed to the sunlight within 2 hours.)
- Keep Calm & Carry On: 20 drops Stress Away, 15 drops each Grapefruit & Lavender
- Liquid Sunshine: 20 drops Grapefruit, 15 drops each Tangerine & Lemon, 10 drops Bergamot
- Flower Garden: 20 drops Grapefruit, 15 drops Ylang Ylang, 10 drops Bergamot
- Golden Hour: 20 drops Grapefruit, 15 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce or Idaho Blue Spruce, 10 drops Germanium or Joy
Make these lovely Citrus Rind Diffusers (recipe via Hello Glow). Hollow out the fruit. In a small bowl mix the sea salt and essential oils well. Fill fruit rinds with the sea salt and oil mixture. Replace every 3-4 days.
Grapefruit Cedarwood:
- 1 Grapefruit
- 15 drops Cedarwood (gift with purchase this month)
- 5 drops Grapefruit essential oil
- 3 drops Sage essential oil
- 1.5 cups coarse sea salt
- Fresh sage leaves for garnish (optional)
Lemon Rosemary:
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup coarse sea salt
- 15 drops Rosemary essential oil
- 10 drops Grapefruit essential oil
- Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Rosemary Lime Mint:
- 1 lime
- 1 cup coarse sea salt
- 10 drops Rosemary essential oil
- 10 drops Lime essential oil
- 5 drops Peppermint essential oil
- Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Winter skin needing a little love? Whip up this Grapefruit Salt Scrub:
- 1/2 cup pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup Dead Sea salt
- 1/3 cup Apricot Kernel Oil
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- 10-15 drops of Grapefruit essential oil
Store in an airtight container. Gently rub onto winter skin to exfoliate and rinse off.
Make this Grapefruit Lip Scrub for soft, happy lips:
- 10 drops Grapefruit
- 5 drops Vanilla (optional)
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Whip coconut oil with a mixer, then add in sugar and essential oils and mix again. Store in a glass jar. Apply nightly to lips in a circular motion. Wipe off with a drop towel.
Whip up this DIY Toning Oil to use after hitting the gym to work on your resolutions. To a 2 or 4 oz pump or dropper bottle, add:
- 10 drops each Rosemary, Grapefruit, Fennel, Juniper
- 5 drops each Geranium, Cypress
- Fill with V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex
Massage onto problem areas as desired.
Spice up your Thieves Cleaner with a fresh, crisp recipe. To a 16 oz glass spray bottle, add:
- 1-2 tsp Thieves Household Cleaner
- 20 drops Grapefruit essential oil
- 15 drops each Tangerine & Lemon essential oil
- 15 drops Eucalyptus Radiata
- Fill the rest with filtered water
Bring a little light to your winter body butter by combining Winter Nights essential oil blend and Grapefruit in this DIY Whipped Body Butter recipe.
- 1/2 cup unrefined extra virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 cup shea butter
- 1 tbsp Vitamin E oil
- 20 drops Grapefruit essential oil
- 15 drops Winter Nights essential oil blend
Melt together coconut oil, shea butter and cocoa butter, then add in Vitamin E oil and whisk.
Refrigerate until almost half solidified, then use a mixer to whip for 1 - 2 minutes until a fluffy consistency is achieved.
Add in essential oils, then place in a glass jar.
Diffuse this happy citrus oil to bring a little bit of sunshine to your home:
- Herb Garden: Grapefruit, Lemon, Basil
- Spring Breeze: Grapefruit, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Valor
- Cozy Home: Grapefruit, Lavender, Vanilla
- Keep Calm: Grapefruit, Stress Away, Bergamot
Inner Defense
Inner Defense are liquid softgels, which dissolve easily to reinforce your system's defenses, create unfriendly terrain for yeast/fungus, promote healthy respiratory function, and contain potent essential oils like oregano, thyme, and Thieves which are rich in thymol, carvacrol, and eugenol for immune support. In short, these powerhouse capsules provide a defense for your body!- Take 1 softgel each morning for maintenance. Take with food, especially healthy fat. For best results, use Life 9 supplement 8 hours after using Inner Defense.
- Take 1 softgel 3−5 times daily for more acute needs. (Pro tip: for younger children, use a needle to poke a hole in the capsule and rub it along their spine, bottom of the feet!)

Gratitude Essential Oil Blend
Gratitude essential oil blend contains nine essential oils and has a spiritual aroma that promotes gratitude, thankfulness, and appreciation, helping foster a positive attitude and attracting all that is good in your life.Gratitude is a blend of:
- Balsam Fir, Frankincense, Coriander, Myrrh, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Northern Lights Black Spruce, Vetiver, and Geranium
- Many of these oils are incredibly grounding and high in sesquiterpenes, a constituent that is specifically supportive of calming brain waves to focused or meditative states. Use this beautiful blend to invite a posture of gratitude into your heart!
Use this blend as a part of your daily Gratitude Protocol
- Drop 2-5 drops on the crown of your head in the morning and/or evening and say or write down three to five things for which you are thankful.
- Commit to this practice daily and keep a journal of how you feel and how your emotions shift.
Make a perfume roller. To a 10 mL roller bottle, add:
- 10-15 drops each of Gratitude, Tangerine, and Hope
- Fill with a carrier oil
Make a festive room spray. To a 2 oz glass spray bottle, add:
- 10 drops Gratitude
- 5 drops each Cinnamon Bark and Tangerine
- a splash of witch hazel
- Fill with filtered water
Add 20 drops of Gratitude to your Thieves Household Cleaner for a festive twist.

- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1/4 cup Epsom Salt
- 1 cup dried lavender buds
- muslin cotton drawstring pouches, approx 5" x 4"
- 30-40 drops One Heart
Step 1 - In a medium bowl, mix rice, Epsom Salt, flower buds and essential oil to thoroughly scent the mixture.
Step 2 - Spoon mixture into your muslin pouch.
Step 3 - Place anywhere you want to add a fresh lavender scent.
Refresh your pouch every 2-3 weeks by opening it up and adding more drops of essential oil.
Make a perfume roller with One Heart and your favorite citrus oil - Tangerine, Grapefruit, Lemon or Lime. To a 10 mL roller bottle, add 30 drops One Heart and 15-20 drops citrus oil.
Bring a little light to your body butter by combining One Heart and Grapefruit in this DIY Whipped Body Butter recipe:
- 1/2 cup unrefined extra virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 cup shea butter
- 1 tbsp Vitamin E oil
- 20 drops Grapefruit
- 15 drops One Heart
Step 1 - Melt together coconut oil and shea butter, then add in Vitamin E oil and whisk.
Step 2 - Refrigerate until almost half solidified, then use a mixer to whip for 1 to 2 minutes until a fluffy consistency is achieved.
Step 3 - Add in essential oils then place in a glass jar.
Diffuse this uplifting blend to foster connection all month long.

R.C. Essential Oil Blend
R.C. essential oil blend is a powerful combination of Cypress, Spruce, and three types of Eucalyptus oils (E. citriodora, E. globulus, and E. radiata) - making it an all time favorite for the winter months! The initials stand for respiratory care, as this oil feels like a deep, cleansing breath no matter the time of year.
Make a DIY Chest Rub:
- 1 cup solid coconut oil
- 30 drops R.C. essential oil
- 20 drops Frankincense essential oil
- 10 drops Peppermint essential oil
Mix well and use on the chest, back and neck as desired. Option to whip with a handheld or stand mixer for a fluffier consistency. You can also sub shea butter for some of the coconut oil for a more moisturizing formula.
Add 15 drops of R.C. to a cup of magnesium flakes or epsom salt for a relaxing bath.
Use R.C. with V-6 for a foot or back massage after your gym routine, outdoor adventure, or yoga practice.
Place drops of R.C. onto cotton rounds or small cloths and place them in inconspicuous areas of your home, office, even car!
Make a DIY Mattress & Linen Spray to use every time you make the bed or change the sheets
- To an 8 oz glass spray bottle add:
- 1 tsp Thieves Household Cleaner
- 20 drops each R.C. & Lavender
- 10 drops Tea Tree
Fill with distilled water and invert to gently mix.
Add R.C. to wool dryer balls and Thieves Laundry Soap for fresh-scented laundry.

- 1 1/2 cup salt Epsom Salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 30 drops R.C. essential oil blend
- Optional: 15 drops Thieves essential oil blend
- Whisk together until all ingredients are well combined.
To use - add 1-2 Tbl into the washer before adding any laundry. Add laundry and the normal amount of laundry detergent.
Use this purifying blend to make DIY Cleaning Fizzies for yourself or a handmade gift.
- 1 cup baking soda
- ½ cup citric acid
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons water
- 40 drops R.C. essential oil (or Thieves or Pine)
- 3 teaspoons V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex or other carrier
- Ice cube tray or candy mold
Step 1 - In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix evenly.
Step 2 - In a separate bowl, combine water, essential oils or blends, and V-6.
Step 3 - Pour liquids into the large bowl and mix together until combined.
Step 4 - Use the mixture to fill an ice cube tray or candy mold about three fourths full. If the mixture expands and spills over the mold, gently repack into the mold.
Step 5 - Let sit overnight to dry in a room temperature area. When dry, pop tablets out and store in a glass jar.
To Use - When needed, put a tablet in the toilet bowl, hard-to-clean bottles, or sink full of dishes to help clean and deodorize. Let sit in the bowl, bottle, or sink for 20–30 minutes to fizz and dissolve. Once dissolved, flush or rinse out.
Make a DIY Carpet & Rug Freshener. To glass jar add:
- 1 cup baking soda
- ½ cup salt
- 40 drops R.C. essential oil (or Thieves or Pine +/- Lemon)
Mix well. When ready to use, sprinkle over carpets and let sit for 10 minutes before vacuuming.
Make an Herbal Deodorizing Spray for pet beds, upholstered surfaces, car upholstery, etc! To a 4 oz glass spray bottle add:
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 20 drops R.C. essential oil
- 10 drops Lavender essential oil
- 10 drops Tangerine essential oil
- 5 drops Peppermint essential oil
- Pinch sea salt or splash of witch hazel
- Filtered water
Spray lightly onto surfaces to remove unwanted odors.
Add 5 drops to a large handful of massage oil and apply to the skin to relax tired muscles. Or whip up a DIY Massage Oil:
- 4 oz pump bottle
- 20 drops R.C. essential oil
- 10 drops Peppermint essential oil
- 10 drops Cypress essential oil
- Carrier of choice, such as Young LIving's V-6 Vegetable Complex

Citrus Fresh Essential Oil Blend
This bright, happy blend of Mandarin, Tangerine, Lemon, and Spearmint essential oils is the perfect way to add a splash of summer flavor to your day! And since the Vitality oils are the same oil as their non-Vitality counterparts, you can apply and diffuse this oil as you would Citrus Fresh.
Add to diffuser jewelry to provide emotional support thought the day. This is a great practice for kids with school-days or other butterflies.
Make this Summer Citrus Body Polish:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Vitamin E oil
- 10 drops Citrus Fresh
Combine all ingredients in a metal or glass container, use in the shower to exfoliate & moisturize.
Make a Keep Calm & Shine On roller for a daily perfume

Eucalyptus Globulus Essential OilMake a DIY Washing Machine Cleaner. Did you know you are supposed to clean your washing machine regularly to avoid mildew buildup? These recipes are perfect for that.
For a Front Loading Washing Machine
- 2 tbs borax or natural oxygen bleach
- 2 tbs washing soda
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 20 drops Eucalyptus Globulus and Tea Tree each
Remove the tray dispenser and allow it to soak, fully submerged in hot water. Once the residues are softened, scrub them off with an old toothbrush. Rinse the tray with fresh water, and put it back into the machine. If the tray doesn't have a release button, then pour some vinegar in the tray and scrub with a toothbrush.
Put washing soda and borax into the empty drum. Put the washing machine on the hottest setting, and use the most about of water. If the machine has a cleaning cycle, then use that setting. Check the manufacturer's instructions for the machine to see if your model recommends putting the powder in a certain dispenser instead.
After the cycle is finished, pour the vinegar, and the essential oils into the liquid dispenser on the tray. Run another cycle on hot, or cleaning cycle if that machine has that option.
Use a microfiber cloth with vinegar solution to wipe the outside of the machine, the inside of the door, and the seal around the door.
For a Top Loading Washing Machine
- 1/2 cup borax or natural oxygen bleach
- 1/2 cup washing soda
- 1 quart white vinegar
- 20 drops Eucalyptus Globulus and Tea Tree each
Add borax and washing soda to a full drop of hot water and wash on a heavy duty or cleaning cycle. When the cycle is done, add vinegar and essential oils to the drum. Run another hot water cycle. Let it agitate for a few minutes, let the vinegar water solution sit for 30-60 minutes before finishing the cycle.
While the vinegar is sitting in the machine, dip a clean microfiber cloth into the water and use it to clean the outside of the machine. Also, be sure to clean under the lip where the drum is Clean the dispensers to remove hair, dirt, soap, and other grime. An old toothbrush can help for stubborn areas. Remove and clean the filter in the bottom with hot, soapy water or vinegar.
DIY Mattress & Upholstery Spray
Make a mattress and upholstery spray to freshen all the things - carpets, furniture, dog beds, mattresses, anything really!
- 1 tsp Thieves Household Cleaner
- 15 drops each: Lavender, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus
- 5 drops Peppermint
- Filtered water in an 8 ounce glass spray bottle
Freshen up your space. For a sunshine scent in the kitchen or bathroom, place a few drops on a cotton ball and put it int he bottom of the trash can before replacing the liner.
Diffuser blends - Using Eucalyptus Globulus essential oil for a scent that will remind you of a summer day in the garden.

Stress Away Essential Oil BlendStress Away is like a beach vacation in a bottle - warm and sweet and calming - and is the perfect companion for the summer months. Lime, Vanilla, Copaiba, and Lavender - OH MY!
Use Stress Away in DIY Cleaning products for a warm, inviting scent. Add 20 drops to Thieves Household Cleaner (optional to add 20 drops of Lemon as well).
Make a DIY Mattress & Linen Spray to use every time you make the bed or change the sheets. To a 8 oz glass spray bottle, add:
- 1 tsp Thieves Household Cleaner
- 20 drops each Stress Away & Lavender
- 10 drops each Tangerine & Grapefruit

Shake before use, and spritz then comb through to deeply nourish wet hair.
Make a Sweet Dreams sleep roller:
- 20 drops each Stress Away & Lavender
- 10 drops each Frankincense & Valor
- fill with a carrier oil of choice
Apply over the big toe, bottom of the feet, neck and behind ears before bed or more frequently as desired.
Make this Floral Bath Soak for a little self care and to give tense or tired muscles some TLC:
- 1/4 cup pink Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup magnesium flakes
- 2 tbsp sweet almond oil
- 15 drops Stress Away
- 10 drops Ylang Ylang
- Dried lavender, rose buds or eucalyptus leaves (optional)
Make this Ultimate Skin Healing Balm.
- To about 1/4 jar of Rose Ointment, add:
- 10 drops Stress Away
- 8 drops Helichrysum
- 8 drops Vanilla
- 6 drops Frankincense
Apply to needed area(s) 2-5 times a day. Frequency and consistency are crucial for these big needs.
Make a simple DIY Roll-on Cuticle Oil. This also makes a great gift and pairs well with the Gardener's Hand Salve. To an empty 15 mL essential oil bottle with an AromaGlide Roller Fitment, add:
- 1 1/2 tsp V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex
- 10 drops Stress Away essential oil blend
Roll onto your cuticles anytime, anywhere
Diffuse this warm, happy oil all month long.

This handmade olive wood massaging tool was sustainably crafted by local artisans using olive tree branches in Bethlehem. We are welcoming this new season with open arms, ready to fill our homes with the scents of the season, up our wellness games to feel energized & keep the germs at bay, and be fully present in what IS so that we can make the most of it. Join us for it all!
Step into fall with some of our favorite health essentials for free!!! These favorites are great as we head back into school routines, cooler months and all.the.germs. Welcome the changing leaves, crisp mornings, and sweater weather with these fall wellness essentials!

Orange Vitality Essential Oil
Mix up your daily NingXia Red. Add 1-2 drops of Orange Vitality essential oil directly to your NingXia or make a spritzer with sparkling water:- 2-4 oz NingXia Red
- Orange, Citrus Fresh, and/or Lemon Vitality (or any Vitality oil)
- and lots of ice.
Add a drop or two of Orange Vitality to your favorite herbal tea for a fresh twist.
Add some zest to your salads and marinades by adding a few drops of Orange Vitality to the mix. Try this simple Dijon Vinaigrette with Lemon, Orange, or even Citrus Fresh Vitality:
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp organic dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup apple cider vingar
- 2-3 drops Orange, Lemon, or Citrus Fresh Vitality
- 1-2 tbsp honey or another sweetener to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well with a whisk and use as desired. Shake gently before use.
Soak up the last bit of summer with this Orange-infused Yogurt Dip for your organic berries. (Recipe adapted from Lauren Dunamway):
- 6 oz blackberries
- 6 oz raspberries
- 2 pints blueberres
- 2 lb strawberries
- 6 oz vanilla yogurt (or plain)
- 6 drops Orange Vitality
Mix yogurt and Orange Vitality and use as a dip for the fruit or mix the fruit in the yogurt and refrigerate for an hour to chill, then enjoy.
Add a drop of Orange Vitality directly to your Thieves toothpaste for an extra bust. Orange and Orange Vitality essential oil is cold pressed from the rind of the fruit, making it alkaline and not acidic. You can also add Orange Vitality to your Thieves mouthwash.
Orange Vitality is the exact same oil as Orange essential oil, simply labeled differently so it can be ingested. That means you can use Orange Vitality the same way you would Orange essential oil - in the diffuser and in all your favorite roller blends as well.

Nutmeg Vitality Essential oil
Nutmeg is an essential fall scent. Warm and welcoming, grounding and so good for our immune and adrenal systems! But it is SO much more than that. Nutmeg helps our bodies to manage stress responses naturally - something that everyone needs these days. Plus it is great for focus, energy, and vitality!
Add Nutmeg to your daily health and stress reduction routines.
Add to Thieves toothpaste or Thieves Mouthwash to freshen breath
Apply diluted to lower back and over the throat to support the endocrine system - thyroid, adrenals and other hormones.
Take a relaxing epsom salt bath with Nutmeg to soothe muscles and support the adrenals. Add 10 drops to 1 cup epsom salt or magnesium flakes and soak in warm water.
Try this Revitalizing Sugar Scrub for an at-home spa night:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Vitamin E oil
- 15 drops Nutmeg
- 10 drops Rosemary
Combine all ingredients in a metal or glass container, use in the shower to exfoliate & moisturize!
Make this DIY Whipped Body Butter recipe.
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pure organic shea butter
- 1/8 cup cocoa butter
- 1 Tbsp Vitamin E oil
- 15 drops each Cinnamon Bark, Nutmeg, Clove, & Vanilla
Step 1 - Melt together coconut oil, shea butter and cocoa butter, then add in vitamin E oil and whisk.
Step 2 - Refrigerate until almost half solidified, then use a mixer to whip for 1 to 2 minutes until a fluffy consistency is achieved. Add in essential oils then place in a glass jar.
- Organic castor oil
- 25 drops Nutmeg
- 20 drops Clove
- 20 drops Frankincense
- 20 drops Rosemary
Apply over the lower back every morning and before bed each evening!
Drop Nutmeg onto cloths or cotton balls and place in air vents, bottoms of trash cans, closets, etc. Add Nutmeg to wool dryer balls for fresh, crisp laundry.
Make an Herbal Deodorizing Spray for pet beds, upholstered surfaces, car upholstery, etc! To a 4 oz glass spray bottle, add:
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 10 drops Nutmeg & Cinnamon Bark
- 15 drops Tangerine
- Pinch sea salt or splash of witch hazel
- Filtered water
Spray lightly onto surfaces to remove unwanted odors.
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- ½ cup Fine Sea Salt
- ½ cup Baking Soda
- 30 drops essential oils (Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Vanilla would be so good!)
To use, add 2-3 Tbsp directly to the laundry.
- 1-2 capfuls Thieves Household Cleaner
- 15 drops each Nutmeg, Clove, Cinnamon Bark
- 20 drops Tangerine
- Distilled water
Use Nutmeg to soothe sore muscles and support the airways. Inhale or apply topically to the chest for an invigorating breathing experience.
- 20 drops Nutmeg
- 15 drops Lemon
- 15 drops Lavender
- 15 drops R.C.
- V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex or carrier of choice
Make this DIY Muscle Balm:
- 15 drops Nutmeg
- 15 drops Peppermint
- 15 drops Frankincense
- 15 drops Copaiba
- 1 cup solid coconut oil or a mix of coconut oil and organic shea butter
Dilute with V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex and massage it into muscles after exercise.
Diffuse this oil any time of day with citrus and other spice oils. Use Ylang ylang or Vanilla to add a little sweetness to the blend! Diffuse this lovely spice oil all season long:
- Adrenal Love - 3 drops each Nutmeg, Rosemary, Frankincense, & Tangerine
- Autumn Wreath - 3 drops Nutmeg, 4 drops Eucalyptus, 3 drops Lavender, 2 drops Vanilla
- Vanilla Custard - 5 drops Nutmeg, 4 drops Vanilla, 2 drops Lemon

Thieves Chest Rub
A must-have for every medicine cabinet, Thieves Chest Rub is a 100% plant-based alternative for over-the-counter cough and congestion relief.This natural chest rub soothes sniffles, coughs, and congestion for the whole family with a powerful blend of essential oils and natural, plant based ingredients.

Raven Essential Oil Blend
Use Raven in your daily health & wellness routines.
Add a few drops of Raven to the shower floor while you shower. Steam + heat + Raven = magic!
Make a simple DIY Chest Rub:
- Apply to the chest and throat, back, or even the bottom of your feet before bed!
- Add a few drops of Raven to a carrier oil or to OrthoEase Massage oil and rub on your chest or feet before you exercise.
Whip up a simple DIY Massage Oil for tired legs, feet or other muscles as needed.
- 4 oz pump bottle
- 20 drops Raven essential oil
- 10 drops Copaiba essential oil
- 10 drops Lavender essential oil
- Carrier of choice
Make a Breathe Roller to use before/after exercise or whenever you need to breathe more deeply:
- 10 mL roller bottle
- 15-20 drops each Raven, Lavender, Lemon, & Frankincense
- Fill with carrier oil
Diffuse for respiratory support! Pair with Lemon, Lavender, Thieves or Idaho Balsam Fir.
Add it to your bath with some Epsom salts. For 1 cup of epsom salt add up to 10 drops Raven.
When things really start to go south, try this Flu Bath recipe!
- 10 drops Raven
- 6 drops Frankincense
- 6 drops Idaho Blue Spruce
- 3 drops Dorado Azul
Make a hot compress with a washcloth and a drop of Raven and place over your nasal passages, throat, or chest.
Give your tired feet some love with this Spa Day Foot Scrub
- 2 Tbsp Organic Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp of Honey
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 5 drops Raven
Mix ingredients well then rub onto feet. Wrap feet with warm damp towels and let sit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove the towel and wipe off the scrub. Follow with moisturizer if desired.
Add Raven to your natural home care routine
Add a few drops to dryer balls for the fresh smelling laundry.
Use Raven in your DIY Laundry Scent Booster:
- To a large glass jar with airtight lid, add
- 1 1/2 cup epsom salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 30 drops Raven
Whisk together until all ingredients are well combined.
To use: add 1-2 Tbl into the washer before adding any laundry. Add laundry and the normal amount of laundry detergent.
Make a Mattress & Upholstery Spray to use when you change the sheets or anytime a surface needs a little freshening:
- 16 oz glass spray bottle
- 1-2 tsp Thieves Household Cleaner
- 20 drops each Raven, Lavender, & Lemon
- Filtered water
Make a simple linen and upholstery spray - these are great for when the seasons change and air quality lowers!
- 2 oz glass spray bottle
- Splash of witch hazel
- 15 drops Raven
- 10 drops Lavender (optional)
- Fill with filtered water
Make these DIY Cleaning Fizzies for the bathroom or kitchen:
- 1 cup Baking Soda
- ½ cup Citric acid
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons water
- 30-40 drops Raven
- 3 teaspoons V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex or other carrier
- Ice cube tray or candy mold
Step 1 - In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix evenly.
Step 2 - In a separate bowl, combine water, essential oils or blends, and V-6.
Step 3 - Pour liquids into the large bowl and mix together until combined.
Step 4 - Use the mixture to fill an ice cube tray or candy mold about three fourths full. If the mixture expands and spills over the mold, gently repack into the mold.
Step 5 - Let sit overnight to dry in a room temperature area. When dry, pop tablets out and store in a glass jar.
To Use - When needed, put a tablet in the toilet bowl, hard-to-clean bottles, or sink full of dishes to help clean and deodorize. Let sit in the bowl, bottle, or sink for 20–30 minutes to fizz and dissolve. Once dissolved, flush or rinse out.
Make DIY Scented Sachets to bring a fresh, spa-inspired aroma to any area of your home.
- ½ cup Organic uncooked rice
- ¼ cup Epsom Salt
- 1 cup Dried lavender buds
- Muslin cotton drawstring pouches, approximately 5 inches long by 4 inches wide
- 40 drops Raven or a mix of Raven, Lemon and Lavender
In a medium bowl, mix rice, Epsom salt, flower buds, and essential oil to thoroughly scent the mixture. Spoon mixture into your muslin pouch.
Place anywhere you want to add a fresh lavender scent. Refresh your pouch every 2-3 weeks by opening it up and adding more drops of essential oil

It's time to wrap up summer and head back into the school year, and we are getting ready for all this season holds with nourishing routines, strong daily habits, and a mindset shift towards daily wellness.
We all know how important gut health is (it affects everything!!!), especially when it comes to our immune systems, and this month we're getting our favorite belly-loving supplements and oils for free!!! These favorites are great foundational staples for everyone - MultiGreens, Life 9 Probiotic, Lemon & Ginger oils, and more.

Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon is a household staple and one we use in so many different recipes! This bright, sunshine oils is lovely diffused!Diffuse Lemon to neutralize unwanted odors and fill your space with its uplifting and refreshing aroma.
Add it to your floor, window, or multi's surface cleaning solutions for a boost of aroma and cleaning power
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- 1/2 cup Dead Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 30 drops Lemon (or a mix of desired oils)
To use, add 2-3 tbsp directly to the laundry.
Add it to dishwashing detergent to help clean and deodorize your dishwasher.
Make an Herbal Deodorizing Spray for pet beds, upholstered surfaces, car upholstery, etc. To a 4 oz glass spray bottle, add:
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 25 drops Lemon essential oil
- 15 drops Lavender essential oil
- 5 drops Peppermint essentia oil
- Pinch of sea salt or a splash of witch hazel
- Fill with filtered water
Spray lightly onto surfaces to remove unwanted odors.
Use Lemon to remove stickers or sticky residue on surfaces. Simply drop onto the surface, allow to sit, then wipe clean.
- Just under half full with Thieves Dish Soap
- 15 drops Lemon
- Fill with Thieves Household Cleaner concentrate
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- 1/2 cup Dead Sea Salt
- 20 drops Lemon
- 20 drops Purification or Tea Tree or more Lemon
Mix well. When ready to use, sprinkle over carpets and let sit for 10 minutes before vacuuming.
Whip up this simple DIY Linen Spray to bring a bit of spring to linens and upholstered surfaces. To a 2 oz glass spray bottle, add:
- splash of witch hazel
- 15 drops of Tangerine
- 10 drops Peppermint
- 10 drops Lemon
- filtered water
Make DIY Scented Sachets to bring a crisp, happy aroma to any area of your home.
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1/4 cup Epsom Salt
- 1 cup dried lavender buds or rose petals (optional)
- muslin cotton drawstring pouches, approx 5" x 4"
- 40-50 drops Lemon
Step 1 - In a medium bowl, mix rice, Epsom Salt, flower buds and essential oil to thoroughly scent the mixture.
Step 2 - Spoon mixture into your muslin pouch.
Step 3 - Place anywhere you want to add a fresh scent.
Refresh your pouch every 2-3 weeks by opening it up and adding more drops of essential oil.
Use in your skincare routine to spot treat blemishes or cleanse oily skin.
Try this T-Zone Roller. In a 10 mL roller bottle, add:
- 10-15 drops each Lemon, Lavender, & Purification
- Jojoba oil or carrier of choice
Use Lemon in your wellness routine:
- Add to Epsom Salt for a detox soak. For every cup of salt add up to 15 drops Lemon. Pair with Oregano, Thieves, R.C. or other immune boosting favorites.
- Apply with coconut oil to help with respiratory needs or add to a roller with R.C, Purification or Raven.
Make a Roaring 20s Wellness Roller. To a 10 mL roller bottle, add:
- 15-20 drops each Lemon, Geranium, Pine, Thieves, & Frankincense
- Carrier oil of choice
Roll over the chest, throat, lymph nodes, along spine or on the bottom of your feet.

Up your skin game. Take advantage of the blue tansy glow and add a drop of Peace & Calming to your nightly moisturizer. Whip up this simple DIY Beauty Serum to make it easier in a 2 oz dropper bottle:- 20 drops each of Peace & Calming and Frankincense
- 10 drops Manuka
- Carrier oil of your choice (jojoba, argon, fractioned coconut, etc)
Treat your pores. Make a soothing skin spray with 2 oz of water and 10 drops of Peace & Calming (optional 10 drops of Lavender) for an easy, sun-ready refresh when the weather gets a little too toasty.
Take a Tantrum Tamer roller for when your kids (or you!) feel the big emotions that are hard to handle.

Making a simple room spray is a wonderfully easy way to use (and share!) your oils. We love to mix up the combinations seasonally and spray them all over the house to make things smell incredible! Here are a few of our favorite recipes.All recipes are for a 2oz glass spray bottle. Add essential oils to the bottle, then add a splash of witch hazel, then fill with filtered water. Invert the bottle a few times before use. To use, simply spray onto desired surfaces - upholstered furniture, rugs, pet beds, faux or fresh greenery, etc!

How to use June's
Gifts with Purchase
We are ready to soak in this sun-filled month with June's free items! Purification Essential Oil Blend
Purification essential oil blend is a combination of Citronella, Lavandin, Lemongrass, Myrtle, Rosemary, and Tea Tree that is formulated for diffusing to neutralize and cleanse your home and work environment. It is also soothing to your skin for everyday irritations.Add to wool dryer balls to give your laundry a bright-smelling boost.
Place a few drops of Purification on cotton balls and stash them anywhere that can use additional freshness: air vents, drawers, shoes, gym bags, rain boots, garbage cans, etc.
Drop Purification directly into areas that need some freshening - rain boots, forgotten laundry, diaper pails, etc.
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- 1/2 cup Dead Sea Salt
- 20 drops Purification
- 20 drops Lemon
Mix well. When ready to use, sprinkle over carpets and let sit for 10 minutes before vacuuming.
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- 1/2 cup Dead Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 30 drops Purification (or a mix of desired oils)
To use, add 2-3 tbsp directly to the laundry.
Use Purification in the car with Young Living's Car Vent Diffuser to fight lingering food and gym bag odors.
Add Purification to a glass spray bottle with water and spritz it on linens and/or add to Thieves Household Cleaner.
Use Purification to support healthy airways.
Apply it topically to calm everyday skin irritations or use to spot-treat blemishes
Try this T-Zone Roller. In a 10 mL roller bottle, add:
- 10-15 drops each Lemon, Lavender, & Purification
- Jojoba oil or carrier of choice
Indulge in this DIY Bath Soak for a little TLC:
- 1/4 cup pink Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup magnesium flakes
- 10 drops Purification
- 5 drops each Lavender & Tangerine
Make this incredible DIY Hand Salve for soothing dry skin (more than just hands!).
- 1/2 cup cold pressed organic olive oil (or 1 cup if not using arnica oil)
- 1/2 cup organic arnica oil
- 1 tbsp shea butter
- 2 tbsp unrefined extra virgin coconut oil
- 3-4 tbsp beeswax pastilles
- 40 drops essential oils - Purification, Frankincense, Lavender, Patchouli alone or in combination. (For a masculine scent - Sandalwood, Vetiver, Idaho Blue Spruce.)
Step 1 - Using a double boiler, place several inches of water in the bottom and place a bowl or pan on top. Turn the heat to low-medium and add the olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil and beeswax and allow it to melt, stirring gently.
Step 2 - Remove the bowl from the double boiler. Add Vitamin E oil and essential oils.
Step 3 - Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes to cool but not harden, then pour into the small containers.

Make this Dry Skin Bath Soak. Adding oatmeal to the bath is helpful for more acute skin needs, especially for children.
- 1 cup ground oats
- 1/4 cup powdered milk of choice (whole milk, coconut milk, goat milk)
- 1 tbsp liquid Castile soap
- 2 tsp Vitamin E oil
- 15 drops Purification
- 5 drops Elemi or Frankincense
- 5 drops Helichrysum (optional)
Sit and soak for 30 minutes or as long as desired.
Make this nourishing DIY Goat Milk Soap.
- 2 lb melt and pour soap base
- 1/2 cup powdered goat milk
- 2 tbsp organic raw honey
- 1 tbsp sweet almond oil
- 60 drops essential oils of choice (Purification, Tangerine, Cedarwood, Lavender - alone or in combination)
- Soap molds
- Dried flowers (optional)
Step 1 - Chop soap base into cubes and melt using a double boiler.
Step 2 - Whisk in remaining ingredients and pour into soap molds. Let sit overnight.
Give your skin and your joints some love with this Soothing ACV Bath Soak. Mix all together and add to your bath water with the ACV.
- 1/4 cup magnesium flakes
- 1/4 cup ground oats
- 2 tbsp sweet almond oil
- 10 drops each Purification, Lemon, and Lavender essential oils
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
Add 5 drops of Purification to a large handful of massage oil and apply to the skin to support the airways. Or whip up a DIY Massage Oil. To a 4 oz pump bottle, add:
- 20 drops Purification essential oil blend
- 10 drops Lemon essential oil
- Fill with carrier of choice
Diffuse this purifying oil to help cleanse and freshen your space.
Morning Sunshine - 3 drops each Purification, Lemon, Jade Lemon, & Tangerine
Happy Noses - 4 drops Purification, 3 drops each Lemon & R.C.
Fresh Laundry - 4 drops each Purification, Tangerine, & Lavender
Travel Buddy - 4 drops each Purification & Thieves, 2 drops Lemon

Bergamot Essential Oil
Bergamot is a household staple oil for so many things! The crisp, citrusy aroma is uplifting and harmonizing, and it makes a wonderful addition to DIYs and diffuser blends. This oil is one we love to have around!
Use Bergamot in your household DIYs
Add 20 drops of Bergamot to your Thieves Household Cleaner for a fresh twist.
Add a few drops to Wool dryer balls for crisp laundry.
Use to make a Laundry Scent Booster:
Make a Happy Heart roller for daily cardiovascular support:
- To a large glass jar with a lid add:
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- ½ cup Fine Sea Salt
- ½ cup Baking Soda
- 30 drops Bergamot (or a mix of desired oils)
To use, add 2-3 Tbsp directly to the laundry.
Add Bergamot to your daily skincare and self-care routine
- 10 mL roller bottle
- 20 drops Bergamot
- 15 drops each Lavender, Cypress, & Rosemary
- Carrier of choice
- 2 oz dropper bottle
- 10 each drops Frankincense, Sandalwood, & Bergamot
- Carrier of choice
- 10 mL roller bottle
- 15 drops Bergamot & Valor
- 10 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce
- Carrier of choice
- 10 mL roller bottle
- 10 drops each Valor, Frankincense, Stress Away, & Bergamot
- Fill with carrier
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup shea butter
- 20-30 drops total essential oils (Bergamot, Grapefruit, Ylang ylang)
Step 1 - In a small pot, combine coconut oil and shea butter on medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and add essential oils. Mix well.
Step 2 - Let cool in the fridge for 30–45 minutes or until the mixture is no longer clear. It should have a soft texture. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip the product for about 2–3 minutes or until it looks like foam and forms peaks. Store in a glass jar at room temperature.
Try a simple natural deodorant with equal parts Patchouli and Bergamot plus carrier in a 30 mL roller bottle.
Diffuse with Bergamot
Diffuse this uplifting citrus oil any time of day:
- Mulled Cider - 4 drops Christmas Spirit, 3 drops Bergamot, 2 drops each Clove & Grapefruit
- Golden Hour - 4 drops each Lavender, Frankincense, & Bergamot
- Warm Hug - 3 drops Lavender, Bergamot, Grapefruit + 2 drops Vanilla
- Spring Wreath - 4 drops Eucalyptus, 3 drops Bergamot, 3 drops Lemon, 2 drops Lime
- Deep Breath - 4 drops each Bergamot, Lemon, & R.C.
SulfurZyme Supplement
- Take 2 capsules 2 times daily or as needed 1 hour before or after meals.
- Mix ½ tsp. of powder with NingXia Red or distilled water and take twice daily. Best taken 1 hour before or after meals.

DiGize Essential Oil
DiGize is another oil to always have on hand. It is our go-to for digestive support anytime we need it - both daily and acutely. Make sure to grab this one before you head out to all your summer gatherings!Add DiGize to V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex or other carrier and massage it over the abdomen to soothe digestive needs.
Make a ‘Tummy' roller to apply over the stomach as needed for digestive support. To a 10 mL roller bottle, add:
- 15 drops DiGize
- 10 drops each Lemon & Peppermint (optional)
- Carrier of choice
Apply DiGize diluted or in a roller over the stomach and liver to support release of toxic emotions. This works best when paired with strong affirmations and/or prayer.
When traveling, inhale DiGize directly from the bottle for soothing comfort. Or pair it with Peppermint in a travel diffuser.
DiGize Vitality is the exact same oil as DiGize essential oil blend, simply labeled differently so it can be ingested. That means you can use the DiGize Vitality the same way you would DiGize essential oil blend - in the diffuser and in all your favorite roller blends as well.
Support your health from the inside out with daily DiGize capsules. Add 1-2 drops DiGize Vitality to a vegetarian capsule and top off with a carrier oil (olive oil or V6).

Citronella Essential Oil
Citronella is well know for its love of the outdoors (but not the outdoor annoyances!), but did you know that this lemony oil is also incredibly versatile? It's one of the main ingredients in the Purification oil blend, so anytime you'd use Purification, try Citronella. Citronella is cleansing and purifying, making it great for cleaning, gentle detoxing and clarifying. It is also a great addition to massage oil for supporting healthy circulation and the body's natural response to tension.
Summer often means lots of time in damp places. Give your feet a little daily TLC and protect them with this Happy Feet Blend. Make as a roller (use fractionated coconut oil or V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex as the carrier) or as a cream to apply after a day at the pool in a public shower.
- 10 drops Citronella
- 5 drops Tea Tree
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Drop Citronella into gym shoes, rain boots, the basket of pool towels, diaper pails or any other damp spaces that need a little refreshing.
Citronella can be a great addition to your favorite DIY natural deodorant recipe, especially when summer months find you sweating more.
Cleanse and condition your hair and scalp and remove build up from water, styling products, and chlorine with this DIY Clarifying Shampoo.
- Young Living Bath and Shower Gel Base
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 40 drops Citronella
- 20 drops Lavender
Add vinegar and essential oils to a large pump bottle, then add in the Bath & Shower Gel Base and mix well.
Alternatively, you can pour out some of the Bath & Shower Gel Base, then add the oils and vinegar directly to the bottle.
Give tired, sore muscles some love and support healthy circulation with citronella. It's also great for Charlie horses and supports the body's natural response to inflammation. You can use it on its own or make a simple Circulation Massage Oil to use every day or as desired.
- 4 oz pump bottle
- 30 drops Citronella
- 20 drops Cypress
- Carrier of choice
Use Citronella to support healthy airways with this DIY Breathe Massage Oil. To a 4 oz pump bottle, add:
- 20 drops Citronella essential oil
- 10 drops Lemon essential oil
- Fill with carrier of choice
Use the cleansing power of Citronella in your cleaning routine. Add to your cleaning DIYs, Thieves Cleaner, etc. to kick the germs without the harsh chemicals. (Citronella is high in methyl isoeugenol, so its a great cleaning companion.)
Make this DIY Dishwasher & Washing Machine Cleaner that can be used of the washing machine or dishwasher. Mix powders together in an airtight glass jar, then mix in Citronella. Add 2 tbsp to the floor of your dishwasher and run on a hot cycle. You can also place 1 cup of white vinegar + 2 capfuls Thieves Household Cleaner in a glass bowl in the top rack to further disinfect. To use in a washing machine, add 4 tbsp of mixture into the drum of the machine and run a hot cycle. Option to add 2 capfuls of Thieves Household Cleaner to the detergent bay for extra cleaning.
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp citric acid
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp washing soda
- 20 drops Citronella
Give hard water stains the boot and get sparkling clean dishes with this DIY Dish Detergent Booster. Mix well and store in an airtight jar.
- 1 cup citric acid
- 40 drops Citronella essential oil
Add 1-2 tsp to the dishwasher soap reservoir along with the soap and run according to manufacturer directions.
Deodorize and deep clean linens, towels, or clothing with DIY Laundry Stripping Solution.
- 1 cup baking soda
- 1 cup borax
- 1/2 cup Thieves Laundry Soap
- 1/3 cup Thieves Household Cleaner
- 30 drops Citronella
Add all ingredients to extremely hot water and allow linens or clothing to soak up to 2 hours. Stir the clothing and gently press to release dirt and grime every 20 minutes or so. You can soak longer for tougher situations as desired.
Wring the linens as dry as possible and wash per usual.

- Pinch of sea salt or a splash of witch hazel
- Fill with filtered water
Spray lightly onto surfaces to remove unwanted odors.

- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 30 drops Lemongrass (or a mix of desired oils)
To use, add 2-3 tbsp directly to the laundry.

Open the windows and freshen your home with the crisp, citrusy scents of Lemongrass and Orange. Prepare your little ones (or yourself!) for the changing seasons with KidScents MightyPro - a blend of immune-supporting prebiotics and probiotics. All for free!

Lemongrass Essential Oil
Lemongrass is a bright, crisp and fresh, with makes it perfect for springtime and summer. Use this cleansing oil in your skincare routine, your cleaning DIYs and diffuse it all season long.
Place a few drops of Lemongrass on cotton balls and stash them anywhere that can use additional freshness: air vents, drawers, shoes, gym bags, rain boots, garbage cans, etc. Or drop Lemongrass directly into areas that need some freshening - rain boots, forgotten laundry, diaper pails, etc.
Use Lemongrass to remove stickers or sticky residue on surfaces. Simply drop onto the surface, allow to sit, then wipe clean.
Make DIY Scented Sachets to bring a crisp, happy aroma to any area of your home.
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1/4 cup Epsom Salt
- 1 cup dried lavender buds or rose petals (optional)
- muslin cotton drawstring pouches, approx 5" x 4"
- 40-50 drops Lemongrass
Step 1 - In a medium bowl, mix rice, Epsom Salt, flower buds and essential oil to thoroughly scent the mixture.
Step 2 - Spoon mixture into your muslin pouch.
Step 3 - Place anywhere you want to add a fresh scent.
Refresh your pouch every 2-3 weeks by opening it up and adding more drops of essential oil.
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- 1/2 cup Dead Sea Salt
- 20 drops Lemongrass
- 10 drops Tangerine (optional)
Mix well. When ready to use, sprinkle over carpets and let sit for 10 minutes before vacuuming.
Make an Herbal Deodorizing Spray for pet beds, upholstered surfaces, car upholstery, etc. To a 4 oz glass spray bottle, add:
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 25 drops Lemongrass essential oil
- 15 drops Lavender essential oil
- 10 drops Lemon essentia oil
- Pinch of sea salt or a splash of witch hazel
- Fill with filtered water
Spray lightly onto surfaces to remove unwanted odors.
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- 1/2 cup Dead Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 30 drops Lemongrass (or a mix of desired oils)
To use, add 2-3 tbsp directly to the laundry.
- 25 drops Lemongrass
- splash of witch hazel
- Fill with filtered with water
Upgrade your Kitchen & Bath Scrub with a lemon-y twist! To a glass jar, add:
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 10 drops Lemongrass essential oil
- 1-2 tbsp Thieves Household Cleaner
Whip up this simple DIY Linen Spray to bring a bit of spring to linens and upholstered surfaces. To a 2 oz glass spray bottle, add:
- splash of witch hazel
- 15 drops of Tangerine
- 10 drops Lavender
- 10 drops Lemongrass
- filtered water
Use Lemongrass to support healthy airways. Mix with coconut oil for a chest rub. Or whip up a DIY Breathe Massage Oil. To a 4 oz pump bottle, add:
- 20 drops Lemongrass essential oil
- 10 drops Lemon essential oil
- Fill with carrier of choice
Apply it topically to calm everyday skin irritations or use to spot-treat blemishes. Try this T-Zone Roller. In a 10 mL roller bottle, add:
- 10-15 drops each Lemon, Lavender, & Lemongrass
- Jojoba oil or carrier of choice
Diffuse this purifying oil to help cleanse and freshen your space:
Fresh Laundry - 3 drops each Lemongrass, Lavender, Jade Lemon, & Tangerine
Happy Noses - 4 drops Lemongrass, 3 drops each Lemon & R.C.
Breathe Easy - 4 drops each Lemongrass, Frankincense, & Lavender
Spa Day - 4 drops each Lemongrass & Eucalyptus, 3 drops Peppermint

Orange Essential OilKnown as liquid sunshine, Orange essential oil has a sweet and uplifting aroma that brightens any room and cleanses the air when diffused. This happy citrus oil pairs well with just about anything and is a wonderful addition to roller blends and DIYs.
The happiest of all the oils, Orange is a wonderful addition to ANY diffuser blend. Pair it with spice oils like Cinnamon Bark and Nutmeg, with Idaho Grand Fir and Lavender for sleep, or with Thieves for a great everyday blend. Orange is an incredibly uplifting oil that also inspires creativity!
Applied topically, Orange essential oil may reduce the appearance of blemishes, making it a key player in your skincare routine.
Mix up your daily NingXia Red. Add 1-2 drops of Orange Vitality essential oil directly to your NingXia or make a spritzer with sparkling water:
- 2-4 oz NingXia Red
- Orange, Citrus Fresh, and/or Lemon Vitality (or any Vitality oil)
- and lots of ice.
Add a drop or two of Orange Vitality to your favorite herbal tea for a fresh twist.
Add some zest to your salads and marinades by adding a few drops of Orange Vitality to the mix. Try this simple Dijon Vinaigrette with Lemon, Orange, or even Citrus Fresh Vitality:
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp organic dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup apple cider vingar
- 2-3 drops Orange, Lemon, or Citrus Fresh Vitality
- 1-2 tbsp honey or another sweetener to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well with a whisk and use as desired. Shake gently before use.
Soak up the last bit of summer with this Orange-infused Yogurt Dip for your organic berries. (Recipe adapted from Lauren Dunamway):
- 6 oz blackberries
- 6 oz raspberries
- 2 pints blueberres
- 2 lb strawberries
- 6 oz vanilla yogurt (or plain)
- 6 drops Orange Vitality
Mix yogurt and Orange Vitality and use as a dip for the fruit or mix the fruit in the yogurt and refrigerate for an hour to chill, then enjoy.
Add a drop of Orange Vitality directly to your Thieves toothpaste for an extra bust. Orange and Orange Vitality essential oil is cold pressed from the rind of the fruit, making it alkaline and not acidic. You can also add Orange Vitality to your Thieves mouthwash.
Orange Vitality is the exact same oil as Orange essential oil, simply labeled differently so it can be ingested. That means you can use Orange Vitality the same way you would Orange essential oil - in the diffuser and in all your favorite roller blends as well.
