Top Five Oils for Weddings
Tonight, I am caring for a lovely, elderly lady with dementia, while the rest of her family are celebrating the marriage of two people who are in love and have made the commitment to be with each other for the rest of their lives. It feels so wonderful to know that I am helping to provide peace of mind for this family, so they can relax while their grandmother is being cared for while she is sleeping.

Weddings are such a wonderful celebration, and all the more wonderful when essential oils are utilised throughout the day and night. So, here are my five top oils for weddings.

  1. Stress Away – Topically applying the Stress Away roll-on to the wrists, neck, temples, behind the knees or on the soles of the feet, or diffusing Stress Away would have to be my first go to oil. This oil is great for helping with the everyday stresses of life, and is relaxing and comforting. A bath the night before with some Epsom salts and a few drops of Stress Away would feel peaceful.

  2. Valor –Everybody knows the speeches are nerve racking for most people. By applying Valor to the back of the neck, it really does help to provide confidence and courage for those times when we need emotional balance. Like Stress Away, Valor also comes as an essential oil bottle and a roll-on.

  3. Gathering – This blend contains oils traditionally used for prayer to help us gather and focus our spiritual and emotional thoughts towards our purpose. It helps us to overcome the chaotic energy of everyday life and brings a sense of belonging and increased focus. This is one for diffusing as it encourages the release of negativity and encourages new thought patterns.

  4. Gratitude – This blend encourages us to be thankful and embrace the blessings in our lives. It encourages a feeling of emotional and spiritual progress. This oil helps to quite and soothe the mind, while bringing relaxation to the body. This is one that I like to apply every morning for prayer time on the top of my head.

  5. Sensation - Can be applied throughout the day to promote feelings of love and affection, and at night after celebrations have ended to keep the spark alive. This incredible floral scent enhances the excitement of experiencing new heights of self-expression and awareness. Sensation comes as a massage oil or an essential oil that can be applied to the wrists, edges of ears, neck, ankles, soles of feet and on the heart.
