TRANSCRIPT:
Every time I go into one of my local shops, I am overwhelmed with the reed diffusers in there. The smell is overwhelming and I can hardly breathe. Are people aware of how toxic most reed diffusers, car air fresheners and plug-in aromas are to the body? They contain compounds like phthalates that are believed to be carcinogenic and damaging to reproductive and hormonal health.
I am going to show you how easy it is to use a diffuser. I know that these are safe and will leave my home smelling amazing when I add Young Living oils.

Young Living have an atomising diffuser, ultrasonic diffusers, USB diffusers and car diffusers. Most diffusers come with one or two free Young Living essential oils too.
Let me show you how to use some of them.
  1. Atomising Diffuser does not use water - AromaLux – This diffuser is my favourite diffuser as it is so simple. Just choose the short straw for 5mL bottles and the long straw for 15mL bottles and screw on the bottle.
  2. Ultrasonic Diffusers use water These diffusers have a vibrating plate to air vent to disperse the aroma. Ensure you do not get water down the air vent. Aria – This is my favourite diffuser that uses water. It has a glass dome with a bamboo base. It has a remote and it plays relaxation music. Fill with water up to the top of the fill line then add your desired essential oil. Other diffusers that use water include Desert Mist, DewDrop, Lantern and Rainstone. The Feather the Owl diffuser is great for children as it plays white noise for creating a calming environment and a portion of proceeds go to the Tracey Aviary Organisation.
  3. Car vent diffusers – just put a few drops of oil onto the pad, place the pad in the diffuser and put it into the car vent.
  4. USB diffusers – just put your chosen oil in the container in the back and plug into the USB port. Ensure it is kept away from computers by using an extension cable. Great for in the car and when traveling as it is so portable.
Diffuser Comparison Chart

Some oils I like to diffuse are
Orange or Lemon for an uplifting scent,
Joy or Ylang Ylang for a floral aroma,
Lavender or Cedarwood for a relaxing sleep,
En-R-Gee or Peppermint for energising,
Frankincense or White Angelica for strength, courage and during prayer, and
ImmuPower or Thieves to support a healthy body.
There are so many choices and it is only limited by your imagination.
