If you've made it this far, I have some awesome news!   I've been doing a thing for almost 100 days now and I'm inspired to tell the world!
I've been eating an all animal product diet.
Yep.  
Sounds crazy, right?
But, Actually, I feel amazing and I've had great results so far.   So much so, I'm still going after I said I'd do 90 days.    Why?   Because it's healing my metabolic health on a cellular level.   I feel amazing.  My body is happy.  If you want more info on this Carnivore diet, Check out my YouTube album on the topic!  There I share many videos on my progress and experiences, along with videos of the Dr's I've been following and learning from.
