As this year is beginning to come to a close, thank God, my favorite season is upon us. It's Fall! It's when the weather gets a little cooler but isn't cold. The hoodies come out in full force and hot tea is a staple. It's also pumpkin and cinnamon everything !
As you all have experienced, this year has been different, to say the least. This year has been challenging, intimidating, and frustrating. It's also been amazing, full of blessings, and gratitude. I have decided to focus on the good things that have come from this year. One thing I'm truly grateful for is the ability to work from home, helping others achieve wellness, purpose and abundance. Over 5 yrs ago I took a leap into this oily life and I have never looked back. Along the way, I've gotten healthier, made some amazing friends and connections and gotten my freedom back. I am truly grateful God lead me down this path. I can't imagine my life without the changes I've made in my lifestyle. My health was awful, but, now, I'm thriving. I want this for each and every person. It's worth it.

Happy May and the beginning of the warmer summer months in Florida. I hope your lives are filled with joy and peace during these changing times. it occured to me that I have been sending these newsletters forever and I don't think I've ever introduced myself to those of you who might not know me personally. Hi! I'm Casey Forte and this is my son, Taylor. We live in St. Augustine, Florida and we moved here last July and we love it here. We love all things outdoors and healthy living too. 5 years ago, I decided it would be best to start to change the way we lived due to a sudden change in my health. That included the food we ate, the thoughts we think and the products we use. It's been an amazing shift. Really. Life is good and I'm so grateful this door was opened for me and my son. Not only are we healthier with less, almost none, down days, but our bodies are now accustomed to the natural lifestyle and that in itself brings a sense of peace. Just knowing that our daily living is not harming us or our body systems anymore. Having comfort knowing our bodies are supported and balanced in the way God intended makes my mommas heart smile. That's my why in this journey. Our lives have been completely transformed just by changing some things out. I get such joy helping others do the same and watching their wellness transformations too. It really makes me happy too when those people decide to share this with their loved ones for the same reasons. It's just amazing to me and I feel soo blessed. Grateful.

Hey there, I hope this new year is bringing a renewed sense of peace and prosperity to your lives. I'm not one to make resolutions, but I do go in the new year with a clean slate. A do over. A new reminder to keep the promises made to myself like the promises I make to others. Also taking responsibility to share with others the transformation that our lives have had since taking the natural route in our home.
If you don't already know, it's flu season. This is a time where my family keeps above the wellness line by properly supporting our body with nutrition, oils and supplements. One of my favorite supplements is Inner Defense. It's full of things our body needs to support a healthy immune system all in an easy to take capsule. Well, today is the last day of the teens of this century and what a year it's been. Heck, What a decade! So much has happened it's mind boggling.
This last year was a difficult one but also one of the best in recent history. There's been lots of life lessons and painful growth. It's all been worth it. This year my son and I moved to a new city, St. Augustine Florida which we absolutely love. My son started middle school after being homeschooled for 3 years, and what a good decision that was! He's loving it. I also found a new passion that I thought I would never have. Exercise. Cycling for hours and going fast makes my heart smile. Thanks Kenny for bringing that to my life, I am so grateful.
Even with all that craziness and change, one thing didn't change. We still held a healthy lifestyle and food choices and lived as chemical free as possible in our home.
This year also brought many lessons. Life lessons, personal lessons, relationship lessons. You name it, I got tons of lessons this year. I am ever grateful for every single one! Lots of tears, journaling and oils and even meditation got me through. Stronger, better, more, ME! These lessons are shedding the old beliefs and defense mechanisms I have carried since childhood. Things I thought I would always do and be. Well, with awareness you can get a grip on the crap you do and change it and the behavior for the better. Is it hard, yes. Does it hurt, definitely. Is it worth it, ABSOLUTELY! One thing this year has taught me is that you should never underestimate the power of being quiet. Not everything needs to be said and it's ok. That was soo freeing and a wise soul who I love very much helped me grasp that concept.
As this new year comes tomorrow, I am ready. Ready for the new fresh year. A year, a decade of new beginnings. Dreams to pursue and goals to chase. During this process, this journey we call life, I will remain grateful in all circumstances. You know why, because it feels better. I can go thru the darkest of tunnels but with gratitude, the light is always visible at the end. I like that. I have so much to be grateful for that it's overwhelming. God is soo good and it's a choice to see the good or bad in situations. I've done both and I choose gratitude.
That all being said, I wish everyone a very happy new year and decade with a heart full of hope and a willingness to become who you are meant to be. Be blessed.
