Hey y’all. We’re fully into my favorite season of the year! Summerrrrrr!! Yay! With that comes tons of time in any body of water possible. That being said, my hair needs some extra attention with all the sunshine and potential chlorine damage. Hey there! I'm so glad you're here! I am a not so normal person, who loves the natural way of living, but I haven't always been this way. I was comfortable. I liked what I liked. I wasn't interested in anything different. I was stubborn. Sadly, it took me getting sick to realize something in my life had to change. I had to have a health scare wake me up to the idea of change. It had to happen to me, and I'm so grateful it did. Although it's been a long road the last 6 yrs, I wouldn't change it and the lessons and healing it's brought with it.
Not only did I shift my physical lifestyle, as I felt better and better I was learning more and more about the connection between the mind and the gut, our limitations and ways to overcome them and our mindset and how to transform it.
I am here now to share and empower others to start their journey into a new realm of wellness of both mind and body.
